Service has been generally good in my experience so long as you don't expect them to have a ton of beer knowledge. Not that kind of party. I have had issues at times with best before dates, however you just need to check. This isn't some super curated beer store in the city catering to beer geeks. It's just a place that stores a ton of beer and has a wide variety. Chill the F out. Not the best beer store nor the worst. Will continue patronizing this place as they are pretty much the only option in town. Hell of a lot better than nothing.

This space passed my 'cozy' test because on a Friday after Thanksgiving as snowflakes fell in the Catskills. What makes Wine H. even more inviting is its relaxed ambience and approachable service. Our guy was willing and able to help as I looked for a dry Rosé to bring with me since we're staying not far from here for Thanksgiving weekend. This wine spot is a rare gem with an easy-going atmosphere and an impressive selection. Don't knock it til you try it. You won't go wrong.
