The area where the dogs are kept are super clean, the dogs are not crated like other kennels I went to. Again, this was caused by high volume of people and only one person who spoke English. 4. Overall puppy purchase transaction was let's just say underwhelming. When spending amount 1k on a dog, I expected a little more. After a vet visit and DNA testing, I learned she is actually a mixed breed consisting of Poodle, Golden Retriever, and predominantly Cocker Spaniel. The DNA results also showed genetic findings associated with chondrodystrophy and increased IVDD risk, which was not disclosed at the time of sale. I contacted the company immediately and provided the DNA results, microchip information, and requested the correct paperwork and a resolution. They responded once asking whether I wanted to keep or return the puppy. I explained that we were keeping her and wanted to discuss updated documentation, compensation, or another fair resolution. After that, they stopped responding despite multiple follow-up emails. We love our dog, but I feel misled and very disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service. When I contacted the warrant dept their email has the following disclosure: Our department is not permitted to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls.
