Do not use Hair by Bailey. I originally went in for K-tips and was advised to switch to wefts. I…read morepaid for Bellami Flex Weft hair, which looked good for about a week before it began breaking off and falling out. The wefts were installed far too high and were visible with normal movement. Bailey acknowledged the placement issue, and a salon owner confirmed it as well. The hair was determined to be defective on top of the placement issues and approved for refund by the manufacturer. I was also sent a contract the night before my initial appointment after payment had already been made--which raised concerns. Additionally, I was not provided a receipt or given the opportunity to view the hair in its original packaging to confirm it matched what I had purchased. When I requested to see the replacement hair to verify I was in fact receiving what I had paid for prior to a corrective appointment, multiple excuses were given. The refusal to show proof of the quality of the product paid for, and on top of this she received a refund for defective product and kept the refund from Bellami of 770 on top of the 1300 dollars paid out of pocket for the hair and install. Taking her frustrations out on the client over issues out of my control, multiple days of her calling repeatedly to not follow through on rectifying the issue. I am left with defective hair extensions bad placement with tension spots, no refunds at all. Although Bailey initially agreed to correct the issue and later to provide a full refund due to her unwillingness to show the hair at arrival for corrective appointment. she ultimately refused to refund both the defective hair and the improperly rendered service. After I contacted the owner to remove the weft out of fear she may retaliate, damaging my own hair. This experience lacked transparency and professionalism from start to finish. I would strongly recommend staying with a stylist you trust. Lesson learned.
