Firstly by just looking at the cupcakes the piping were all flattened and didn't even look like it was piped, when I got home, I decided to repackage them into individual cupcakes holders for each kid and when I picked them up they were all cold and hard and they were burnt and dark on the edges and bottom. I didn't think anything of it at that point cause the bakery had it stored in the fridge before I picked it up and I had no order choice but on the day of the party which was next day, I took them out the fridge which I had it for a few hrs and people still said that the cupcakes were cold and hard. For Valentines as well I stopped by the shop and bought cookies and they tasted horrible and stale. My 4 & 5 yr old threw them out.
