We first met with Emma and Debbie to schedule the reception. I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the task at hand, however, they were both pleasant, professional and very helpful in making suggestions for food and organizing how things should flow in the set up and program. Once we settled on things, it only made sense to have them cater brunch the following day. On the day of the main event, I was there while they were setting up and they seemed to be operating like fine machinery. They were quietly setting up, everyone seemed to know their role and things got done very quickly. The food was absolutely wonderful! Everyone enjoyed the buffet style meals, the dessert station and they also provided staffing for the bar, and she was also awesome! Then, they came out of nowhere to clean-up. They quietly did their thing and you barely noticed their presence while they got things done. The following day, they delivered brunch, along with all of the wrapped up left-overs from the reception. We did not have to worry about packing anything up and getting it to our house, they just brought it all out with brunch and it worked out perfectly for us. Okay, but can we just talk about that hash-brown casserole for a minute? OMG! So good!!!!!!!! Everything was so good. She said she was 20 mins away so if course we had to move dinner to 6 to give her time to set up. Once I saw food I noticed it didn't look like enough chicken for 60 ppl. The baked chicken looked boiled not baked. Once ppl started getting food we ran out of chicken and still had like 7 ppl to serve and we actually didn't even have 60 ppl we had 55. Then one of the family members started showed me the inside of there chicken and it was not done all the way. The Mac and cheese was bland and watering the black eyed peas were over done. I did reach out to her as soon as we ran out of food and to tell her about chicken not being done. She apologized and said she was rushing. We had to order more chicken because just not enough and baked chicken was not done completely. I did have a few family members get sick. I asked for half my money back but no response to my request.
