Holy amazing!! This place is a hidden gem you MUST visit in 2025! I had the Mac n cheese flight and it was delicious! The buffalo Mac and the bbq Mac were my favorite! My two year old loved the Mac n cheese and kept saying, "my belly's happy, mama!" For dessert we ordered the pretzel bites and they were warm and delicious and the maple cream cheese frosting was melt in your mouth good. Gotta love a good food truck! Even better when that good food truck shows up at Cincy Beerfest and you need something tasty to absorb the brews you've been downing. What better than some gourmet mac & cheese to do the job? And theirs did the job deliciously! Their menu isn't huge at all but features unique takes on classic mac & cheese (Buffalo, jalapeño popper, loaded baked potato, or just Vermont cheddar). My lady and I went with the loaded baked potato. They were pretty busy, but still, we got our order in about 10 minutes. Was it good? Absolutely! It definitely tasted homemade and all the toppings went together VERY well. My lady added some Texas Pete hot sauce to spice it up too. Possibly the best mac & cheese I've had thus far. I hope to see this food truck around at more events because I'd definitely get more mac & cheese from them. I'm thinking the Buffalo next time. read more

My mom and I had this food truck at "Red white and Blue Ash" on 7/4/24 and enjoyed their food. Long line for the food but the service was really quick even though I accidentally spilled a dish the cashier immediately worked on getting another dish ready. We ordered the lobster bisque mac and cheese and it had a lot of very good pieces of lobster in the cup. The portion size was perfect for a food truck! MamaBear's Mac Food Truck was at the Cincy Beerfest this year. I've never heard of them but I was drawn to the bright colors and art work that I couldn't help but to check it out. And most of us love some good ol' homemade Mac and Cheese. Great pick for the event! Carbs, Carbs and more Carbs! Their menu is simple. Not overwhelming but enough for you to make a quick decision. They serve grilled cheese and Mac and Cheese. We had to get the Loaded Baked Potato Mac and Cheese (sour creams, scallions and bacon). Perfect comfort food. It was busy but we got our meal in less than 10 minutes. Wow! Amazing combo. The Mac and cheese tasted homemade and super creamy. If you want a little kick, drizzle some hot sauce. The best $9.00 spent. Plus the owner was super friendly. They do accept credit cards. Now I'm obsessed and will look out for them. One of the best Mac and Cheese I've had. read more

I love mac and cheese. We were so excited about it we didn't realize it was for Friday and not Thursday until we were getting ready to head to it yesterday! Mac and Cheese is life! Okay so there's an awesome lady in Fairfield that had been scheduling a food truck every week during this pandemic and inviting the neighborhood. That's just fantastic. What a way to help small businesses and to give people something to do. Mama Bear's is fantastic!!! They offered for types of Mac and cheese today; Chicken Bacon Ranch, Vermont Cheddar, Buffalo Chicken, and the Voted Best in Cincinnati the LOADED BAKED POTATO. They had some grilled cheese sandwiches and buffalo chicken sliders. Mexican Street Corn and Crab Cakes. Pretty sure most people could easily find something they liked. The Mac! OMG. Everything was AMAZING!!! Each was delicious in their own right. The Loaded Baked Potato was phenomenal. Who knew putting potato purée in Mac and cheese would be so amazing they did! Being a Mac and cheese lover we got Mac and cheese and did not get grilled cheese. We did however get some crab cakes (also fantastic) and Mexican street corn. A+++++. This is a food truck and they have AMAZING Mac n Cheese. We've had them a few times. Their Loaded Baked Potato is award-winning and delicious! Tonight we are having the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Buffalo Mac n Cheese. Both excellent! Just the right level of hear in the buffalo one. Also tried the Buffalo Chicken sliders and they were fantastic. Very good sized with the chicken and slaw on them. Always happy with their food! read more

In the 2020 time of distancing, to support the new food truck they just purchased, they are offering pickup or delivery of 2lb trays of their product! I am lucky enough to live near their home base, so I ordered a tray of the Buffalo Mac and cheese. It was delivered as promised to my porch the next day, still warm! I can without a doubt say, they hold my award for best mac in Cincy! The pasta was perfectly al dente, the chicken was tender and juicy, and the cheese sauce/flavor was to die for! This place is very very very disappointing. I really wanted to like it. It is very bland. Velveeta shells and cheese has way more flavor than this place. The pictures do not do it justice. You get very little toppings. The bruschetta one is so disgusting and spells nasty. I order me bruschetta if it is on the menu anywhere. The cashier woman was really rude. Our Church contracted MamaBear and Kim assisted me in selecting the menu for our pastor retirement dinner. They were excellent in the service and their food was delicious. They served 145 people and everyone was complimentary on the food and service. We were able to follow CDC guidelines. I would recommend this food truck. read more
