But a lot of time has passed and both are excellent now. A good number of people were at the bar around 4 pm on a weekday and the manager was bartending. He was friendly and attentive. Lots of draft beer choices and some great happy hour deals. We couldn't resist a cheeseburger with the works plus fries for $10 so we both got that. Burger was hearty, fresh, and cooked to a perfect medium. Fries were good too. The presentation was appealing, see the photo. They've got a big game room that even includes a shuffleboard table. I saw several signs saying no one under 21 allowed IN THE BAR after 7 pm, which is an excellent practice that I applaud, but I think that unfortunately that probably does not apply to the game room...otherwise why add the words "in the bar." Parking is in the rear (shared lots) and I did not see any handicap spots. Bathroom nice and clean. I had chicken parm sandwich and fries and he had the cowboy burger. The waitress comes to the table and asks us what we'd like to drink. I say dr. Pepper and he says unseat tea. She then looks at me and says if not Dr pepper what? Then I ask her if they have the chicken parm sandwich they are advertising? She goes to find out and comes back with our drinks i all about the sandwich again and she says oh I forgot. She goes and comes back they have the sandwich. If I were a bettin gal I'd bet this sandwich the chicken patty was microwaved. Very rubbery and the red sauce was cold. They didn't have the onion rings for his sandwich either. The waitress didn't know anything I'd asked her. I guess this place is more for breakfast.
