Spaghetti with their homemade lemon sauce !!
    Leora R.

Amazing fresh pasta made Infront of you!! This place has the best service with the most fresh delicious pasta! We ordered lemoncello spritz as well as aperol spritz and it was fantastic along with the pasta. You can choose any type pasta you want, with any sauce and any toppings! It's truly amazing and I would 100% recommend if visiting Sorrento!!

Having visited multiple places in Italy and Sicily the last time, this place stood out as one of the favorite spots on our trip. Of course we had to stop by again, and we were not disappointed. When in Sorrento, lemon pasta is a must, but I have the say that the true star was La Genovese pasta, which was recommended by our server. My husband still liked lemon pasta best, which means you really can't go wrong. Their bread was also delicious, particularly the white bread and the breadsticks, and they give you balsamic vinegar and olive oil for it. Considering most of the bread we had in Italy was surprisingly disappointing, it's exciting to eat somewhere that the food is good from start to finish. They also gave us one scoop of limoncello and one scoop of lemon gelato for dessert. Both were delicious, but my favorite was the lemon gelato. This is our second time back, and we would not hesitate to eat here again the next time we're in Sorrento. Servers were also friendly and helpful. The food does take a while, but that goes to show that it all is freshly made. This place is great whether it's for a casual dining experience or for date night. They also have free WiFi, just ask them for the info. I love that it's also a family establishment, and family members work at the restaurant. I'm already looking forward to my next visit here.

The restaurant is in a back alley and made for a private experience. We had three servers taking care of us and making sure we were enjoying our dining experience. The focaccia was better than any I have had. It had fresh veggies and the olive oil blended the flavors perfectly. I had the lasagna, not as good as mine at home but delicious. My daughter had the special, a lemon shrimp pasta. She said it was heavy on the lemon but fresh and delightful. I would recommend the restaurant if you have time to slow down and enjoy your food. We didn't have dessert because the serving size was just right.

To make it worse the manager tries to argue that you ate both and need to pay. Challenging since all the staff saw the waiter take it back. The waiter then corrected the bill, but the damage was done. Being insulted and called a liar is poor hospitality. Simply avoid, the positive reviews must be fake. A table of 4 next to us got up after no one went to them, after waiting for 15-20 minutes. They went across the street- wish I did the same. Incredibly awful experience. From food, to rude and ignorant staff, to bugs all over. A must miss place.

The chef's starter was not my favorite, very mushy textures for the burrata esque one and the octopus one, but the potato one was fine. The bread basket with an assortment of breads is delicious. The Giglio pasta with salmon comes moving which is cool, but it was also very unique and good. The catch of the day was solid. The gnocco was great, but also my vegetarian family got the dish modified so who knows what it was supposed to taste like actually lol. The tiramisu was very different but good and the tiramisu espresso martini was out of this world tbh

Dish was under seasoned and both the beef filling and tortillas didn't taste that great Broccoli and eel risotto- 6/10. Couldn't taste much flavor from broccoli, eel pieces were tiny, and risotto was undercooked at the top. At the bottom it was better and I'm guessing it's because as the dish cooled, the bottom kept cooking longer. It wasn't served to me hot either. I didn't even end up finishing it. Tagliolini- 8/10. Good flavor, but nothing special. We had better pasta elsewhere that was also much cheaper. Seabass- 8.5/10. At least the cook on the seabass was good. but again nothing special Beef cheeks- 8.5/10. Same- solid but nothing I'd write home about. Overall, this has been the least impressive Michelin starred meal I've experienced in a while. The lack of flavor and unevenly and undercooked risotto was really disappointing. And the prices are way higher than what the meal is worth. Would recommend skipping this spot.

We came on a Saturday night in early April and it seemed steadily busy. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our waiter gave us a complimentary sparkling wine and a cheese puff pastry- both were great! We chose the 3 choice meal for 85euros. It came with a starter/pasta, main and dessert. The lemon cream pasta is a MUST, light cream taste with refreshing lemon! I also got the lamb chops which was cooked medium rare and very tender with a nice savory light sauce. Dessert the tiramisu was a perfect ending, soft and light. The service was great as they checked in often, they also had an english menu available which we greatly appreciated.
