Super disappointed... we have used them before and were very happy. The quality is not the same. They came out today to mount a Samsung frame TV. The person said to make it easier he would need to drill some holes to help hide the wires. He asked if we had paint and said he could patch it. Next thing you know we have a 5"x5" hole in our fireplace along with holes in another wall. The patch was left unfinished. He said he had a paint brush initially and then later said he didn't. Pretty sure he was using a paper towel. Then told me I should paint it in an hour. Called their office and Nikki told me their team doesn't do paint or patching...ok. Why say you can? She couldn't tell me when someone would be back out and never called me back. So we have a mounted tv but now we need a professional painter to come fix the botched patch. I recently acquired an unusual stone sculpture that I wanted to wall mount and use lights to highlight. It was a pretty unique request: a 50lb stone donut that I wanted to wall mount securely but WITHOUT actually attaching anything to the stone itself. I could not be more pleased with the result. The guys who mounted the piece were extremely careful and precise. The plan was creative and thoughtful. Most importantly, I could not be more happy with the result. This is the second major project that Man Cave has done for me. Hands down the best customer service, advice, and execution I've seen. Henry and his crew worked with my contractor on a remodel to have a surround sound system built with an integrated tv mount. The project from start to finish was seamless. He also designed an outdoor patio speaker system for me as well. It's not so much that the job was well done. But when the TV mount became misaligned a few months later, Henry's crew came out quickly to fix it. Update - eight months after the project, when my Denon receiver appears to have blow an circuit, Henry sent a tech out the next day to replace my receiver at no charge. I have two home theater systems. For the primary one in the living room, I wanted to install four height speakers for Dolby Atmos/DTS X. I'd purchased some speakers in advance that matched my setup. In my bedroom, I have a smaller setup, and wanted to mount the TV on the wall, with bookshelf speakers I purchased in advance mounted on the wall on either side of the TV. I hired Man Cave America for help with both tasks. On the first trip out, they installed things just as I wanted in the bedroom. My partner and I are quite happy with the results. The system looks and sounds great. They said that the speakers I'd purchased for the living room were not ideal for height installations and talked about their past experience trying to use the specific ones I had. I decided to return them, and instead Man Cave America ordered a set of in-ceiling speakers to be installed on a separate visit. At the second visit, the same crew returned and installed the in-ceiling speakers in the living room. The results look way better than if we'd used the speakers I originally picked out. They also improved the cable management for my rear surround speakers but running the speaker wire through the wall, so I no longer have wires running along the outer edge of the floor and in front of the fireplace. This will make it easier to clean the area, and it looks much nicer, to boot! For both visits, the crew was very nice, easy to communicate with, and did great work that my partner and I are very happy with. I really appreciated that they provided their knowledge and insight about a good height speaker setup, rather than just doing what I asked for initially, which would've left me with worse results! The company was also very easy to communicate with by email. Throughout the process, I talked to several different people by email and for a video conference consultation. I found them to be very responsive and friendly. There were a few scheduling hiccups along the way, but I wasn't in a rush to get the job done, so this wasn't a big deal for me. Prompt communication is all I could really ask for when last minute changes are needed. If I have future home theater needs, I won't hesitate to hire Man Cave America again. read more

Found Man Cave America as a recommended installer from Mantel Mount, and I'm glad we went through with them! Mauricio was very patient and thorough on the phone - naturally he wanted to provide and prepare a set up that was as clean, good looking, and future-proof as possible, but at my resistance to the costs he meticulously brainstormed the various cost-saving options with me, and we arrived at a very happy middle-ground (recessed mount instead of on-wall mount, but with on-wall wiring instead of in-wall). He also honored the promotions advertised directly on the Mantel Mount website, which I really appreciated. The work done by the technicians was smooth and they were quick to point out and work around unexpected issues (studs not being where they should). The original set-up didn't have the clearance to swivel as much as we wanted, and Mauricio again was very attentive to the issue and my suggestions, and sent out technicians ASAP to make the fixes (added spacers between the TV and frame to add clearance to the fireplace), and we are now very happy with the results. The hourly rate might seem high at first glance, but the complicated setup and their obvious thorough experience justifies it to make sure everything operates smoothly and is installed safely. I had a great experience with MCA mounting my TV in my last apartment, so I contacted them again to hook up TVs in our current home. Communicating with MCA was easy and fast, and they quickly got me a written quote. After agreeing on terms, we were off to the races. Two team members showed up. They were polite, on time, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable. Hanging the TVs was tricky given the age of our home and some ...irregular decisions by contractors decades and decades ago. Nonplussed, the guys figured it out. Izaac was the lead for my home audio project and he was fantastic. I needed a TV mounted above my brick fireplace as well as 6 speakers installed in my walls and ceiling for a seamless surround setup. I had bought mounts that I thought would work for my set up but Izaac noticed some issues with it and guided me towards a slimmer mount that ended up being perfect for keeping the aesthetics nice in the living room.
