Hi everybody! To tell long story short: For several days I was trying to connect my SAMSUNG Smart TV to the INTERNET through WIFI & I was unable to do that because of inability to run virtual keypad. Fantastic service for home internet setup! Had an initial call with Chris to provide my input on the home layout and the coverage we were looking for in the different areas. Chris was super knowledgeable about the different setup options including Ubiquiti, Eeros, etc. Chris informed that they will take care of bringing all the potential devices to install including the network controller, Netgear switch board, Access Points, etc. Jake was the team member who visited our home for the appointment. I did an initial walkthrough with him sharing all the relevant details including the Xfinity Internet input, preexisting wiring, etc. Jake was quite friendly and shared his knowledge on the different Eero Access Points he brought with him. Jake noticed the possibility of cleaner LAN cord management in the garage using wall plates for which he made a Home Depot visit during the appointment. Overall, all the Access Points were up and running within the time budget discussed prior to the call. Also, Jake helped with the Eero app setup for monitoring the usage. Been using for a couple of weeks now and things are looking pretty good so far in all locations of our home. Strongly recommend this service! read more

I worked with Virtual AV twice, both times with excellent results. I needed a TV mounted and a soundbar setup in a guest room, and Chris came by to install it, with a new electrical outlet behind it to keep everything nice and tidy. The setup honestly looks great and it works perfectly! After that, I needed help with a more complex home theater setup to run cables through the attic from one end of the room to another, as well as mount Atmos speakers and run a new CAT6A patch to the TV. Chris and I discussed the project and he was able to clearly explain everything I'd need to route cables cleanly and have the ideal setup. Two of his techs come out for that install and they ran all the cables I needed for the ideal setup, including a fiber optic HDMI cable so I could do 4K HDR from a computer on the other side of the room. They were even able to do a few extra things I'd forgotten about in the initial quote! Virtual AV's service was top-notch and the project rates were more than reasonable for the quality of work. Virtual AV will get your "home theater" system up and running and hide the miles of wires in the walls where they belong! We've hired Virtual AV twice for our complicated in-wall wiring and a/v installation needs, and everything is working perfectly! Christopher is very knowledgeable about setting up a/v systems and had some great advice. He went above and beyond making sure everything was installed correctly and to our specs. Getting in-wall wiring for surround speakers is very disruptive, (lots of holes in the walls,) so we had it done before interior paint and re-texturing. The end result is no messy wires anywhere, no runways or baseboard wiring, it's a nice clean look. The speakers sound great and the unwieldy TV is mounted in the exact perfect spot on the wall (after a bit of trial and error!) Really awesome and responsive. I have Comcast home internet and my service would drop every 10 minutes or so. Unusable when WFH for video calls or streaming/gaming. Comcast was no help and most people I contacted on yelp weren't interested in a smaller job. Christopher on the other hand was immediately responsive and came out the next day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem. Hung around the area to make sure everything was working well before heading out. This will sound like a review from Christopher's family member or something but it's not: I found VirtualAV on Yelp and I'm glad I did. I asked Christopher a d his team for help with a collection of internet and AV items- hiding wires, fixing outlet drywall issues, wiring our home with Cat7 Ethernet cable and adding ports for it, installing a network hub for us, and running a point to point internet solution to our she shed. In all of these areas, VirtualAV was excellent. I was particularly impressed when some of the equipment we sourced (Ubiquiti point to point beams) didn't work out of the box: VirtualAV put in substantial extra (free) hours to try to troubleshoot, and even replaced the gear for us for free. Christopher is the BOMB!!! The man really knows his stuff! I wanted to add a sound bar to enhance my new TV and a home theater like experience. I initially wanted to add a Samsung sound bar for easy/convenient compatibility with my Samsung TV. I called Christopher and explained this to him and he advised me the Samsung sound bar I was looking at is not very good and recommended the Sonos Playbar. The Playbar was a little out of my initial budget. But after a little research on my own, I was able to verify what Christopher was talking about was true and the Sonos is a MUCH HIGHER QUALITY sound bar. Confident with his recommendation, I decided to fork up the extra cash for the Sonos and boy am I GLAD I DID!!! We had a really great experience with Christopher, who helped us streamline and maximize our TV experience!! it started out as a request for a TIVO install that had become problematic. Christopher immediately identified a problem with our wifi, which he then upgraded and streamlined. The improved wifi allowed for a seamless TIVO installation, and an amazingly improved TV viewing experience! Apps and programs loaded many times faster, and our Samsung TV became amazingly responsive to a previously sluggish remote!! We couldn't be happier with Christopher's work!!
