Of all the shops that responded to my inquiry, Lorena's was the most specific - this shop clearly has a lot of experience, and she immediately inquired about the specific model I had and pointed me to a gallery of all their installs with my specific camera. Scheduling was a bit tricky over the holidays, but Lorena and Will were very flexible in working with me to find the right time. They first came out for a visual walk around to plan out the install. They helped me determine the optimum angles and placement, power sources, and strength of connetivity. I really appreciated the expertise they brought. I had also purchased more cameras than they felt was necessary, and they made recommendations that not only saved me money, but also ones that would give us the best use of the security cameras. On the day of the install, they spent pretty much the entire day here - their work was extremely detailed and none of it was rushed. Will and Lorena were extremely patient with all my questions, and took their time helping me set up the camera in the app as well as making a ton of minor adjustments until I was happy with the placement. It was also during this whole time that I realized how knowledgeable they are about all sorts of smart home systems - smart lights, cameras, security systems - chances are they have worked on any of the brands you are thinking of. All in all, super happy with their work. Lorena and Will are great people to work with, very knowledgeable, and will do above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work. When I have a problem, he is responsive, and helps me troubleshoot. He will even test solutions first before having me commit to expensive installs. I have been burned working with more established "high end" installation shops where you just have to trust what the guys are telling you and then never hear from them again. Not with Pacific Wired. I happened upon Stan and Honu Experience after that and it truly was a 'whole nu' experience. Stan was straight up and showed me that our receiver was partially blown. He showed me how the previous individual had 'rigged' the wiring to partially work.....it gave us sound but not true surround sound. I really appreciate the fact that Stan was not afraid to show me the bad news and let me decide how to proceed. Alex and his team were flexible and incredibly knowledgeable with A/V systems and with Sonos especially which was extremely valuable as that is ultimately what we opted for. In phase 1 of our remodel, the VSS team helped us update our wifi and establish Sonos across our 2 most populated rooms and our back patio. (Their flexibility and patience shined here as they did not push to expand into additional rooms yet because they knew we were planning a Phase 2 remodel) Because they did such a stellar job on the Phase 1 and because they were so professional, fast and flexible we reached out and asked them to add Sonos speakers across the entire house, plus 1 Sonos "Move" so we'd have another outdoor speaker we could place wherever we wanted in the back or front yard when entertaining guests. VSS gets 5+ stars from me because additionally as part of Phase 2 they also identified and FIXED a deficiency in the wifi setup that was mainly due to a wifi service upgrade after they had completed Phase 1. This improvement to the wifi was incredibly timely given my 3 kids were (still are) all home doing distance learning because of Covid-19. If you have A/V needs, these guys are the best. I highly recommend them and they have secured a lifetime customer in me for the high quality of their work, professionalism and customer service. Plexus wired my two-story home with ethernet cabling to all bedrooms and living spaces and installed a new 4K camera system. Full Spectrum Technology Group is professional, polite, and they care. I have 3 active busy Airbnbs that always demand the fastest wireless internet and cable TV. I can not afford glitches or down times. I hired Full Spectrum to fine tune my current system, and install the best monitoring system available. They did that and more. Once he arrived, I explained that I had been going back and forth for months between upgrading to a soundbar with a sub or investing in a full audio system (receiver, towers, sub, etc...). We spent well over 30 minutes talking through the pros and cons of each, along with important things to consider like the size of the house and living room. Ultimately, I decided that I will be upgrading our current soundbar to a newer and nicer one in the near future. He was extremely polite and patient, taking the time to explain terminology and concepts in a way I could easily understand as we installed and set things up (picture and display settings, 1080p vs. 4K capabilities, audio/video/HDMI cables and what they do, device "switches," and how everything works together) as he was installing things so I'll be able to manage it myself down the road. And he came with mounts and equipment that was better than what I bought and was cheaper as well. I highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him again in the future.

Chris was super knowledgeable about the different setup options including Ubiquiti, Eeros, etc. Chris informed that they will take care of bringing all the potential devices to install including the network controller, Netgear switch board, Access Points, etc. Jake was the team member who visited our home for the appointment. I did an initial walkthrough with him sharing all the relevant details including the Xfinity Internet input, preexisting wiring, etc. Jake was quite friendly and shared his knowledge on the different Eero Access Points he brought with him. Jake noticed the possibility of cleaner LAN cord management in the garage using wall plates for which he made a Home Depot visit during the appointment. Overall, all the Access Points were up and running within the time budget discussed prior to the call. Also, Jake helped with the Eero app setup for monitoring the usage. Been using for a couple of weeks now and things are looking pretty good so far in all locations of our home. Strongly recommend this service!
