WOW!! All I can say is wow!! I lived in a home for 10 years before I rented it out. After 3 years, my tenant put more wear on my carpet in 3 years than I did in 10 years. My tenant allowed his dog to use the basement carpet as it's own personal bathroom. I was devastated that my home of 10 years was treated so poorly. Living out of state and traveling for business, I thought I was going to have to find a national company to dispatch out to the house. I'm so glad I decided to go with his small business. He let himself into the home without my having to be there and was on the phone with me as he walked through the home when doing his assessment. My not being there in person was no problem for him....or me! He took pictures of all the stains so that I had proof for my tenant. Some of the stains, I had not even noticed when I was at the house, but he had such an attention to detail that he picked out every issue. I have definitely been WOW'ed! I can't believe how clean my carpets are after Hamilton Carpet Care cleaned them. The carpets are 12 years old and with 4 kids and several four legged friends they looked (and some smelled) awful and I honestly thought there was no hope for them, especially the stairs and upstairs hallway. I resigned myself to having to replace them and got an estimate on new carpet that sent me into cardiac arrest. The owner of Hamilton's told me he could get them clean previously, but I didn't believe him considering I previously had Sears and others out and they couldn't get them clean. After the new carpet estimate I decided to give Hamilton's a try and boy am I glad I did. I definitely don't need to replace them now...they all look brand new, even the stairs!! He pretreated all stains, including the pet ones, and used a scrubbing machine prior to steam cleaning them. I had never seen this machine before but between his products and that machine it got every stain and odor out! Then he applied a stain resistance product to the carpets to prevent future stains (something no one else ever offered or did). I had contacted Kevin to get an estimate for cleaning the carpets in the house we had just purchased. After the final walk through of the house we decided that we would rather replace the carpets. I contacted Kevin to tell him of the change in plans and he informed me that they also sell and install new carpet. We were in the middle of selling our old house, moving into the new one and my wife's work schedule was very hectic. Kevin was willing to meet us near my wife's work during her lunch break to show us samples. He was able to get us a very nice carpet that was competitively priced with Lowes and better quality. On August 13th my wife and I came home to find our basement had flooded due to heavy rain and a failed sump. We called Hamilton's unlimited and within 2 hours him and his sons were at the house and immediately started the mitigation process. Over the course of the next few weeks Hamilton stayed in close contact with my wife and I to get the work done. From the mitigation to all the repairs and cleaning of our upholstery Hamilton was there to help. Even with some run ins with the insurance company Hamilton was there for us reassuring us it was going to be okay and we would have our basement back.
