From there, Rapid Response took this nightmare off our hands and communicated clearly through the entire process. He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. And all the while, Daryl and Seth made sure that we had the documentation and backup necessary to communicate with our homeowners insurance company. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive. He and his team arrived promptly and got right to work. Using specialized equipment, they were able to pinpoint the source of the leak. They carefully removed our water-damaged sofa along with several bags of damaged items, and they did it all with care and efficiency. They then sealed off the affected area with plastic sheeting and neatly removed the damaged drywall. Dave set up industrial fans and a dehumidifier to dry everything out over the course of several days, staying in communication with us the entire time and periodically stopping by to monitor progress.
