Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they gave me a ridiculous response saying, "How do we know you didn't go somewhere else after your appointment and have another laser treatment done there?" How can a business that performs procedures on people's bodies show this level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism? They even told me they would refund the prepaid cost of my 6-session package only if I removed my negative Google review. Instead of correcting the damage they caused, they are trying to protect their online reputation. They still have not properly refunded my money. I have all email conversations saved. They cannot deny it. Absolutely terrible business. I was even considering having procedures done on my face here. After this experience, I could never trust them again.
