The letter I posted may not be a bill but I received the actual bill from my provider Ghi just last week in the same amount. I never said anything about my insurance covering any vitamins once again you people are trying to deflect from the issue and respond to my comments to try to make yourselves look good . Also I was NEVER OFFERED A REFUND. NEVER , you really need to stop it and own up to your mistakes. I'm not posting the bill from my provider because it has too much of my information but it reflects the same amount as this explanation of benefits I posted which is why I POSTED IT. Once again I was never offered a refund by this provider! NEVER! I will have my boyfriend post his review since he had a similar experience with Nicole minus the huge bill. 1/31 Lies lies lies. You're a provider GHI is my insurance provider isn't it? I'm not saying that I received a bill from you. I said I receive an explanation of benefits from and a separate telling me what I would need to pay the insurance that I requested after speaking to a representative. You people have the nerve to come on here and try to refute everything I say to make yourselves look more credible when I am simply stating what I was told during my conversations with both sides being the lab and my insurance. I am not illiterate nor am I confused, I understand what you're saying. We obviously have not spoken to the same people have we? I received one phone call and one message from Nicole and I have the call logs to prove it so dont tell me that you called me multiple times cause that can EASILY be refuted. I returned the call when I return from vacation and was told she was not available at the time. Lies lies lies. Don't you people have work to attend to? If you business was so great and honest you'd have more reviews and a better rating and that's a fact. Bottom line I did not receive the services I came for and I was provided unnecessary services $1700 dollars for blood for a non life threatening situation, are you serious?? That is ridiculous regardless of who ends up footing the bill. Thank you for your crappy services.You called me many times and left messages offering me a refund? That's a laugh. The fact that you don't see anything wrong with you and the lab charging people $1700 for blood work for non life threatening issues or you using a lab that charges so much in the first place. You doctors tend to act like people dont have to contribute money to have insurance in the first place. Then after paying all that money for blood work you still expect people to shell out hundreds of dollars for one of your plans. That should tell anyone even considering using your services all they need to know. It's wasteful and it was unnecessary. Especially when you Nicole told me that the blood work itself would only cost " a few hundreds" that's exactly what you said to me. $1700 out of my pocket or yearly insurance contribution is a lot for something I didn't need , that's not a few hundred dollars. Then to ask my boyfriend why he came back a third Time in your response to his review? Really? that was because your office called him to come in for a follow up and when he told you he would not be using your services since he found out on the second visit that it would be covered by his insurance , you told him you had alternative plans to help him which turned out to be false when he got there! Stop deceiving people I was in the room while he was on the phone. Terrible service and you should be ashamed for misleading leading us.

She suggested that she administer botox in the kitchen of the medical office. I was truly horrified and the staff at the medical office were clearly very uncomfortable with her presence. They openly argued in front of me. It was bizarre and uncomfortable. When I said I was not comfortable and tried to leave, she harassed me outside the office as well as via text for hours following my appointment.

Better to go directly through them.*** I initially had some trouble locating Fox Vein where she is located inside their office. Construction outside the building. I found it though. Took elevator to second floor. Fox Vein receptionist told me where to go and I found my way no problem. I was greeted by her P.A. Huy. He gave me forms to fill out and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and kind. I was waiting for Jane Scher, RN (business owner) to arrive. I didn't know she was running late at the time. Communication could improve there. She was late for her first appointment that was there before me too. My appointment was for 3. I went in the room at 4:11pm. I didn't mind waiting. Just wish I knew why. They offered me bottled water. Waiting are is small, it's in a hallway in fox vein waiting area. Jane called me in and assessed my face. She recommended her Clear + Brilliant laser along with the Lumecca laser to repair my skin. I appreciate it, though I told her I couldn't afford both. The Clear + Brilliant is more pricey than the Lumecca. Though I'd love to have done more, it's not affordable for me. Licensed veterinary techs don't make much. She understood and used the Lumecca. I appreciate her professionalism and honesty. She is very kind hearted. I loved her little Maltese dog, Botox, who slept in her purse! So cute! Well groomed, you can tell she loves him. The Lumecca laser felt just as they said, like a rubber band snapping on your face lol. It was a hot rubberband snap! She used a gel with it that cooled it slightly. Could take up to two weeks for results. I will update when I have my results! Took before and afters. :) Can't wait!!! I highly recommend Jane Scher, RN!! She also does Botox and fillers along with the IPLs. So it's been three weeks and I didn't notice much of a change. Maybe a slight improvement. I think she could have done better and did my whole face, as I had scheduled. I've gone to another place for the second treatment and she did my whole face for half the price I paid here. And the laser was stronger. Not sure if my setting was too low on purpose so I'd need more treatments. But I won't be returning here, sadly.
