Pay is extremely low with no benefits compared to other local organizations. Scheduling is ridiculous! If you're scheduled to work 7am-7pm with a client they will call you to cover for someone else even after you worked that long shift & if you turn it down that goes as a strike against you. I would not let majority of the caregivers care for me or my family members. While the manager Matthew is friendly & hospitable the other office assistants lack training or know how in management.

Very disappointed with this company. Before scheduling, I let them know that my sister or I would…read moreneed to ride with our 93 year old mother. Two men arrived with no way for one of us to ride with them. The men were dressed very unprofessionally. The van had apparently been wrecked because the front bumper was hanging down on one side, the windshield was cracked, there was no air-conditioning (on a 93 degree day). Inside the van, bottles were rolling around and food wrappers were in the floor. There was no signage on the vehicle at all. On the way to the doctor's office, they got lost. They had to follow our vehicle to find the office. We were extremely disappointed. We had high hopes but would not recommend using their service.
