They did not have the venue ready for me on my wedding day. Therefore my sand ceremony was not set right for the ceremony. We had to open our sand during the ceremony. She got in my husband's face and was screaming at him on our wedding day. She made me cry on my wedding day. She called us two weeks after our wedding saying that one of our guests broke their fence. When the day after our wedding her husband said that everything looked great. She yelled at us the day after the wedding because we did not take the trash to the dumpster. When we was never told that we was supposed to take the trash to the dumpster. She charged us $500.00 For decorating. And we did most of the decorating ourselves. When we originally booked the venue. The price included the catering. She came to us after the wedding. Saying that we owed her $4,000.00 For the catering. We paid for our guests to have both fried chicken and a pulled pork sandwich. She gave our guests the choice of either or. My guests told me that she was very rude to them. One of my younger guests was told to move out of her way or she was going to move her out of the way. They were very rude and unprofessional.

If you like to work out, the Vista Ridge Community Center is a great way to start or finish your day! They have a full work out facility, weight room, yoga classes, strength classes and locker rooms. Outside, they offer a pool, tennis courts, a park and a sand volleyball court. They also offer two community rooms that are great for parties. One has a full kitchen and the other can be used for a meeting room as well. It is one of our favorite things about Vista Ridge. Courtney and George do an outstanding job.

I had a gut feeling I needed to tour Bella Sera. We had already toured more than a handful and I had it narrowed down. But for some reason, I just wasn't completely ready to commit to the ones I had thought I wanted originally. We met with John for our initial tour. And my husband and I instantly fell in love with the venue. I don't know what it was. But it met all our needs. And what really sold us was that it was all inclusive and we didn't have to worry about decor or setting up. From every meeting from initial meeting to our final meeting. Everyone who we met with was so kind and helpful. I had so much fun at our design meeting where we got to pick the decor and table centers. We had a few decorations to add and we dropped them off at our rehearsal so the event team could set it up for us. When it came to the day of our wedding, everything looked so beautiful. I was so happy to see how beautifully everything came together. I was definitely one happy bride. The evening went so smoothly! And I have ZERO complaints. Such a beautiful wedding. All our flowers that we brought were thrown away. Center pieces that we had arranged were not put out fully. Late night snacks were not put out. She couldn't be bothered to hold a proper conversation and made it very clear she wasn't gonna be bothered with our concerns. So hundreds of dollars wasted by one individual. Reached out about the situation and was ultimately blown off. On paper should have been amazing and put in a lot of work for this. at the last minute was put in shambles. Make sure you know who your working with so your best interest are put first.
