Then, if I complained to her about her services, she thought I was being mean and she never took responsibility for her actions. I would not hire her again.

(Yup, I should not have paid them the last big payment before all complete, lesson learned) My cabinet doors fell off, my hood was held up by one screw, the rest are popped out, unfinished/unadjusted cabinets, cracked tiles, sink lose, shoe mold falling out and cracked, base of cabinet missing, cracked grout, etc. .. I have pics. The craftsmanship is rough and patches of filler on cabinet doors here and there. These guy came out with all kind of excuses week after week, month after month... I had been patient and understanding but I just can't keep waiting. They stopped answering my call and text, they are awful. I heard from their worker that many customers are waiting for their job to get done but lots are still waiting and neglected. I agree with Daniel, DO NOT let their smiley faces, part owner Shane C. fool you. They are good sales but don't finish work. Good at coming to collect money but gone like a wind! I too want to take them to court. I am feeling angry, stupid and helpless. I spent almost 18K on this crap. If we find enough unhappy customers, I believe the case will be stronger and we can get together to be each other's witnesses. I am willing to help! Just contact me! There were multiple times where we had to stop their workers and ask them to send someone new because they were doing things wrong. Example: they tried to put tiles down WITHOUT smoothing the adhesive out. Just one of the many ways they messed up. Fast forward to two years later, and the roof in my formal dining collapsed because they did not properly install my shower. The shower liner and drain system was improperly installed, and it cost me THOUSANDS of dollars to fix. They sent someone to come look at the damage when it first happened, and then ignored all my calls after that. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Save your money and your sanity and go to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

They use a landscaping company that I noticed used their blowers to blow all their leaves off of their property onto our neighborhood property. My husband went to their door and mentioned it to them. The young woman there shut the door on my husband after he addressed the issue. She did not care whatsoever about it. Who would want to use a company like that that has employees who are rude and disrespectful? The Scriptures have been fulfilled 2 Timothy 3:1-5. I'm very disappointed that we have neighbors like that.

Thus, it was of most crucial that we chose someone very trust worthy with our huge life time investment. It was a long process because it required knocking down everything I had and building everything from scratch. Because my project was large, I actually got quotes from many GCs around my area but I went with redemption in big part because of their prices. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive either. But everytime my husband and I would specifically calculate a price for anything and ask them about their price, they would be right along the line range of what we we had calculated to be a respectful price. That always led me to think that they are very professional as well because obviously they are in business to make a profit but also to be fair to their customers. That was very important to me to be able to work with a company that thinks about their customers, their workers and their bottom line all at the same-time. I also felt that their payment terms aligned with ok materials are purchased they are at your house, first payment is due this day etc meaning they ask for payment when you can see where your funds are going and that allowed me to built trust throughout which is key for us when doing large projects. I also learned a lot from this project that is important to give your opinion often during the whole process. For example, I wanted my doors installed one way and once some of it was built, I realized that I need to tell the workers hey wait a minute, I actually think it looks better this way, lets change this or that before we go further. Communication is key when someone is working at your house for months, you cant just sit there and expect everyone to read your mind and ask to change things once is all finished. I felt I was able to communicate with everyone well and the workers knew very well exactly what we liked or didn't like all the time because we were always following the process. Each day that the workers finished their day, my husband and I will review how things looked and ask ourselves is this how we imagined it in our dreams? We were well aware that things may look different once installed or built but wanted to make sure that we catch anything we could potentionally not like later within a reasonable time to make adjustments. They were always very accomodating to us ofcourse within resonable expectations and within budget. I also felt that there were many times we would ask for things that were not initially quoted and they would right away tell us the change in price before it was done and I appreciated that as well. My deck and fence were done in a very reasonable time, yes we did have some delays but they were outside both of our control. You cant go into a project thinking is going to be quick, everything takes times and a lot of patience is required in construction projects this large and we knew this very well from the begining. I really enjoyed working with this company as communicaton with workers and project managers was smooth and I felt that our opinions mattered. I would love to work with them again in future projects to keep building a home that our children can enjoy for generations to come !

CHL did an excellent job replacing the floor and cabinets. But as we got into the project I decided I may as well re-do the entire outdated kitchen. They removed a bar stool area and built me a beautiful island with more cupboard space. Also contacted with and electrician to replace fan lighting, granite and more. They also opened up my wall to connect it better to the family room. They were very affordable and all who I worked with was professional and just nice people.

Originally got a fast reply via phone, set up an appointment, and had someone come out and take a look at the basement. He was friendly and seemed to be interested and capable. He said he would go back and work out a floor plan and pricing estimates for what we had discussed. He did let me know that they were behind on some projects, and we discussed that it was not an immediate need, but he said he would get back to me in about 2 weeks. 3 weeks passed and I reached back out. The person I called said he could see that it was being worked out and to just give it some more time. It's now been 7 months, and have given up believing I might eventually get a quote.

The quality is good though and we are happy that we had it done although we would have preferred only 3 shelves.

The first time, GAD was the only company that would respond to…read morea small job cutting out the chipped front granite in a standard sink installation so I could install a farmhouse sink. I called at least 8 places. No one would bother with the small job. GAD was kind, very reasonably priced but mostly, finely, willing to do the small job. They knew I was I was in a time crunch with tenants moving in and fit me in. They did the job even better than I asked for! I didn't care about back corners not matching new sink but they did and matched the back corners too. Today, I put in base only 72" vanity in newly remodeled master bath. Went to GADs office and found a beautiful piece of granite large enough. They were so flexible with me changing the install dates multiple times because I was too busy to finish the sheetrock and painting after rough in plumbing. They came today to install and it's beautiful. The threw in a backsplash in case I need it later, worrying I'd never find the same stone if I decided I wanted it. What really impressed me is the quality. They cut under side counters to very strongly secure clips to hold sink it. The cut itself it pretty! The work quality is great. The people are friendly and flexible. Highly recommend GAD. I found them through a referral from a framer and happy I did. Super nice people.
