I'm a 6 year…read morecancer survivor and after finding out the breast implants a different surgeon had used for my reconstruction were part of the recall which could cause a rare type of lymphoma, I knew I wanted to have them removed and exchanged for different ones. Dr. Lee and Carly Matthews, his PA, explained every detail of what could happen in surgery, good and bad, in a way where I didn't feel I needed to pull out a medical dictionary. He reiterated at the pre-op appointment and on the day of surgery exactly what he would be removing and re-implanting during the procedure from start to finish and I knew I was in good hands which is always a plus before you entrust a surgeon to make that first cut. I received first rate care from everyone I interacted with starting on the day of the initial consultation at his office as well as with the coordinator who scheduled the surgery, the nurses and Anesthetists on the day of the procedure at the River's Edge 1-Day Surgery Center and then back at the office for post-op care. My husband is in the medical field and looks for faults with providers and their staff but couldn't find any flaws with Dr. Lee and his team. It's been 3 weeks since surgery and I couldn't be happier with the end results as compared to what I had prior to surgery. If you are in need of plastic surgery I highly recommend Dr. David Lee and his awesome team.

Today June 15 2020 NH PHASE 2 Covid. We can now eat in restaurants but need a mask on the exam…read moretable at a Dr. office! This practice should tell you when making an appointment that you're required to wear a mask at all times during your visit. After checking in, getting temperature taken (not told what it was) and asked if I've traveled outside of Maine, NH or VT in the last 14 days I was brought back to a room. She then asked me to keep a face mask on. I questioned why I need to wear it in the exam room (I have asthma and severe anxiety when face is covered). She said it was mandatory and would go check with Rachel (NP) to see if they would still see me. She sent Laura (office manager) in to talk about wearing the face mask in the room, said I swore at the nurse and it would be best to just go to urgent care. Extremely unprofessional. As I was leaving Dr Collins (known for 30+ years) was in the hallway and I had a brief discussion about what had just happened in his office and was there to have my ears checked. He had given me a prescription (antibiotic) in April while out of state. Ear pain is back and so am I. He could've taken me in and checked my ears. Instead, told me Rachel is still on the phone (40 minutes after 11am appointment time) and to call in if I'd like a prescription refill. I've had severe dizziness and and vertigo for 2 months, never had an ear infection and my grandfather died of brain cancer. Wow, thanks Doc.

I waited over an hour passed my appointment time to be seen by Dr. Luther. He was very nice but, I felt rushed, and he didn't seem to want to hear about my concerns and issues. He immediately said I had to do PT without looking at my back, or hearing all the information regarding my back pain. I live 40 minutes away and he didn't offer any options besides PT, or other PT places that would be closer for me to travel. He failed to discuss how many times a week or for how long, nor did he tell me the reasoning behind going straight to PT before identifying where the pain is coming from, other than my insurance "most likely" wouldn't pay for an MRI. I explained that we pay up for our insurance and I don't need a referral for an MRI, and I would prefer to understand where and why I am having pain before treating me with PT. He ignored me and ordered the PT anyway then ended the appointment. I felt completely ignored, and rushed, it felt like a scam to increase their PT business. Then the woman at check out was condescending and oppositional. This experience was frustrating and waste of my time. I will not be returning.
