We had an exceptional experience overall, right from the welcome-desk clerk, the PA (Julie) and to the lead Dr., the team made us feel welcome. The Dr made us feel very comfortable, highly experienced, and was respectful, listened to the patient, and treated by mom. They told us exactly how much it would cost (self-pay) - all super easy. The facility is exceptionally clean, well cared for. This is quite an example of how a health care provider should be :-)

Did not complete the medical need would not listen to the patient that I could not fill the RX and left it at a low dose with with a little common courtesy and understanding left a mess for medical after. I verified a few days ago that yes if too low or two high of a dose it may make a patient ill. Otherwise it was the insurance company that initially had a loss of records and from 3 years ago still being billed from main campus. No specialty care in the office. Unlike other areas I did not have transportation marked need to reschedule and checking with person who was supposed to bring me. Since I did not receive an answer put R reschedule. Subsequently a RN from the office called and told me that they were keeping it. my ride did not show up and called me no call no show. Unprofessional service and behavior from an office so I would not recommend most of the facilities and even a major office that is a little different now recommended not to go to area hospital or pharmacy. Nashua lacking common courtesy. I was not able to go to the office or fill Rx because the insurance company didn't exist. I am neutral if they do have a class action lawsuit on behalf of the state of NH and Bangor ME. However my letter read $50.00 for data incident they as a org denied in litigation in court Nashua NH. really does not make up for it but no it was apparently quite a large number of people in NH. I am still going through multiple unnecessary issues because of this. Rx sent to pharmacy never called or showed dr ziada. I would have if the health insurance didn't have a problem and it was ignored except one practitioner sent me a month RX to show it is not all the offices were not the same and close call but yes it was received so no it is for me the main campus and DR Ziada. Started to make some medical decisions that may have helped but didn't get the job done so recently informed that a rx I really can't go off of if high or low can cause health issues and it is the best advice not to go there at this time I would not recommend major of the org nashua facilities. Also I had a lot of issues with a social worker in the main campus so again would not recommend that facility for this matter as well. However yes I am able to give the urgent care and primary both one building a 5 star for professional care and respect earned. However I did have multiple bills despite insurance and subsequent medical bills from multiple offices so yes it again is not the same but at least for years have lost respect in medical professionals they did earn my respect. I would not recommend majority of the staff anywhere I have gone for any reason otherwise save one office 2025

On the other hand I can say that there have been ARPN that if covered by your insurance have been decent. However apparently excessive calls from a main office 2024 that are not the most pleasant if you are asking if you are going to attend an appointment and need to reschedule it is not appropriate for any staff to tell you that they are keeping the appointment as scheduled multiple times when you request to reschedule. so in the entire state their contract was not renewed. two major insurance companies commercial. If HMO you will in addition have to pay out of pocket now 2025 for entire medical expense. Not only facility/org. However please note no not impressed in general however there are still decent medical staff in the facility. I will say in last 15 years 2 practitioners have been decent 2024-2025 however unless emergency you very well may get multiple "surprise bills" any ins from the facility. The term "suprise bills is on what to look for on health insurance site. Basically unless you're unconscious likely despite the facility claiming to treat anyone despite insurance and also claim to have department to help if insurance is not covering any part is in essence not true in most cases so plan accordingly
