I needed to see the specialist ASAP and this location provided that opportunity within a few days of scheduling. The location is easy to get to off Route 108 in a beautiful area of Somersworth. I had no problem with parking. Checking in was quick. After checking, I sat down for a minute then the nurse called for me. I got into a room when the nurse asked if I would like the flu vaccination. I said thank you but already had it. She then asked if I wanted a covid booster which I responded to say thank you but I was all set. She wasn't pushy about it and was very informative and helpful. A couple minutes later the doctor walked in. I remember seeing this doctor a few years ago and so it was nice to see her again, Dr Pace. She is very thorough with her information. Very interested to know what is going on and very knowledgeable of answers to my questions. Dr Pace provided some very good solutions. I wasn't at the office more than 20 minutes. I came out to the front to check out. I was greeted all the time with friendly staff. I had no issues. In fact, I had some questions about the specific doctors who are at the center and was given the information with great detail. Primary care, dermatology, pulmonology, and a couple others that I can't remember right now. But they did say the center is working on getting a cardiologist to this location. I definitely recommend this clinic for veteran medical care.

I wish all doctors and health staff treated patients the way that this clinic treats every patient. Every single person there is pleasant and helpful--from the person who answers the phone to the lab, nurses, and other support staff. Dr. Christopher Corcoran is fantastic. (I have heard other doc/s good too but don't have personal knowledge). He really listens to your needs and will refer you out to specialists if the need arises. He is non-judgmental about things like anxiety and understands human nature as much as he does medical illnesses. This is really important. He is kind, compassionate, patient, and is thorough in his exams and testing. He is easy to talk to about your worries about your medical conditions. I have not heard a bad thing about any one there. In fact, my experiences have been super. When people complain about the VA (in general), I can't help but wonder who they are talking about, because we get appointments readily, prescriptions mailed to us, and appointments as needed. I have seen medical care from both the civilian side and military side and this clinic meets all criteria for being excellent. They have flu shot appointment clinics, pneumonia shots, and keep on top of our preventive and regular care. Also, you can sign up for "Myhealthyvet.com" so that your records can be seen and integrated, and you can communicate with your clinic staff and provider. This clinic has rarely even a couple minute wait times, and respects patients. Be honest and take responsibility for your own care, and they will prove to be excellent partners in your care. I feel blessed to have them helping me.

Not super happy about that, but Things happen. Dr was ok, got scheduled for a follow up. That visit was also ok, nothing to recommend it per se. Got scheduled for a 2nd follow up. Ok. This was a workers comp claim, got denied after the 2nd follow up. When I called about the denial hoping to get clarification from the Dr as I had been guided to do so by the workers comp rep, the consistent answer was well you have a scheduled appt with dr x, talk to them then. I was not allowed to speak with the dr, even after repeated requests to do so. Ok. So I show up on day y, and the receptionist is surprised and somewhat shocked because I don't have an appt. they cancelled it and never let me know. So, I finally get to speak with the dr who is not in any way being an advocate for me. He will not agree that my injury is workplace related, even though there is no way it isn't. The best part, I get a bill from this practice for 500$. 500$ for at best a 15 minute exam with a 10 min follow up. Billed to me, even after they have my insurance information.

I feel as though his provider partners with us and really listens to our concerns. She listens to us, addresses are concerns and is always open to new ways of managing his disease. Trying to get help with my records for disability and my Dr. had promised me she would do anything to help me with it . But when my disability lawyer had given me a 1 page to fill out about my health .. just like 5 questions,the office told me they don't fill out that paperwork Thus has been my 3rd time going in front of Judge to get my disability and due to lack of evidence from my PC I once again got denied. Just so uncaring and rude!! ALSO try to get an appointment FORGET about !! Searching for new PC Dr. I have absolutely NOTHING GOOD to say about it here !! Also could of brought up a malpractice issue when giving medical GLUE for an issue I was having with my belly button and had to proceed to go into York walk in because when I contacted this office I was told to use salt water WTF at the walk in I was in meditation and got a cream that cleared it up. I have kept ALL the messages from this practice and also Printed them.
