Still remember it till this day and how it made me feel and on top of that they tried to tell me after I had finished paying my payments I still owed around 2-300 dollars, I told them I have written down and proof of every payment I have given and they let it go. I've been in and out of this place a few times within a month because they found out one of my fillings was leaking. So I know my review is pretty accurate of how patients are treated. Front desk staff are good. They can be a little more welcoming in my opinion. One day they are smiling, the next -- not so much. So it's a hit or Miss for them. They're still great ladies! The first time I came, Danielle, the dental hygienist, did my cleaning and she was great! I loved her personality and she was educating me on some things about the teeth and how to read the X-ray. She even sent me a welcome card to my home and thanked me for trusting them with my care. That's the best gesture I ever received from any healthcare office!! I made sure my next cleaning is with her. That's how much I like her! Dr. Kim Morgan is my dentist and she is so kind and very knowledgeable. She explains everything that she does. When she re-did my filling, she made sure I was okays throughout the whole process. She shares her knowledge with me to make sure I have a better understanding of what's going on. She truly rocks! Kelli, the dental assistant is very sweet. She talks to me as well about life and/or dental things. She's very personable and she makes me very comfortable. This office is filled with an amazing staff and I am so glad I came here!!

I've seen multiple doctors for various issues and they've all been stellar. All the people in that office do the best job they can for everyone that walks in. Dr Tommy argued with me once, years ago, that something wrong with a crown must have been his fault because it's a metal crown and it would take Superman to chip a piece off it. I told him I was a Marine so it's probably my fault. He agreed, but replaced the crown anyway, which is still in tip top shape 12 years later, at no added expense. They take pride in their work. If you need a dentist for you or your family and you don't know what to choose, I'd bet a shiny nickel this place will suit your needs and then some.

I was in the care of Adam Bussell, DDS and his assistant Dominique last Friday for a molar extraction. It was fast, efficient and somewhat miraculous! Absolutely no swelling, pain, or bleeding. No excuse to pretend I was suffering! They are very, very patient-friendly and technically, they are unbeatable. I had a crown to be cut down and Dr. Tommy, who has served our family for quite awhile now (he is still only 21!) got it done in seconds. There is no better care or atmosphere anywhere. This week I went in after calling on call dentist in Jacksonville because the pain was so bad. Dr. Mitchell looked in my mouth for three minutes to say "wisdom teeth refer her to an oral surgeon". Today, my pain was worse. We called like they told us the day before and they never called us back. My mom took me to an office in Jacksonville where they noticed one of my teeth was cracked and they were able to pull it. ----the hygienist at both places were not able to get far enough in my mouth to see my wisdom teeth and the tooth in front of it. The difference is the Jacksonville dentist did a pano...which showed everything they needed. Kindness goes a long way.
