Now, that her braces have been removed and we were given her new retainer, we have been told it must be removed any time she eats. I'm not one to typically write bad reviews but I feel particularly taken advantage of. I believe Dr. Mancini told me what I wanted to hear to get our money. After thousands of dollars paid upfront, I was brushed off and told our previous conversations about goals for my daughter's orthodontic care never happened. Dr Tommy argued with me once, years ago, that something wrong with a crown must have been his fault because it's a metal crown and it would take Superman to chip a piece off it. I told him I was a Marine so it's probably my fault. He agreed, but replaced the crown anyway, which is still in tip top shape 12 years later, at no added expense. They take pride in their work. If you need a dentist for you or your family and you don't know what to choose, I'd bet a shiny nickel this place will suit your needs and then some.
