I can say with confidence that this is a terrific company to choose for good looking, high quality gutter installation. Our house actually looks BETTER after the gutters than it did before--I kid you not. We had over 200 feet of gutters to run and 8 downspouts, 4 of which were two stories high! So I did my research, starting with over 30 companies in the area. I got five quotes. Melville Construction, a small business run by the original owner's son Coty, stood out to me for many reasons and ended up doing an EXCEPTIONALLY good job for us. Our property was challenging and the quotes we received went clear up to and over $4000. Coty and Jackson did the work for a VERY reasonable, fair price, significantly less than half that, and they saved us a few poor choices along the way. His quote reflected the worst case scenarios and accounted for every possible problem (our remodel and new construction has a lot of potential issues, including angled fascia). In the end, his final invoice was LESS than his estimate! I am pleased with how his work made our home more sound against water penetration and problems. His attention to detail was fantastic, his attention to the asthetics was appreciated, and he was very focused on our ultimate satisfaction. I dreaded having gutters installed because I felt they would stick out and be ugly--but Coty and Jackson made sure it looked good. Our house, honest to goodness, has never looked straighter. My husband and I are blown away by their work, integrity, and overall high value. Why would anyone choose another company with higher prices? Just because you know the name? I have hired GoPro for a tiling project for a small shower surrounds in my house. After shower…read moreplumbing is properly done, they have tiled. However, since they have shimmed too much to hang up cement boards as preparation, the plumbings were almost completely buried in the wall... Adequate length of a brass pipe was sticking out from the wall before they tile (measured properly with consideration of the thickness of the tile and mortal) so that I can attach the spout. I also could not install a shower lever since the parts was buried into the wall. I have complained to Dylan, the principal of GoPro, about this issue, I was surprised to hear "our work is just to tile". No coordination with shower plumbing? So, I have ended up breaking a shelf behind the shower wall to access to the plumbing to adjust. Furthermore, the subcontractor (Ricardo with R&R Construction) left all of the garbage in my house! I cannot believe this nonchalant unprofessional contractor! Later, I have a filed a complaint to Washington State Labor & Industries, and they have notified me the license of R&R Construction was suspended in 2016. I have Spent $1,650 just for labor fee of non-professional, and the work was not done. I do not recommend this contractor to anyone at all.

They were very nice and booked my appointment quickly. "Will" showed up to look at my HVAC system. After a quick Q & A, he told me he would need to talk to someone in the office before getting back to me. They charged me $135 to come to my house and look at the system and then did not return my calls or quote for the job. I felt taken advantage of. We hired another company to replace our HVAC system and they did not charge me a fee for the house call.

Robert and his helper River, were here for 6 hours the first day and about 3 hours the second day on the install. They were punctual, and called us if they were going to be late. They were very professional in their job and knowledge, and very friendly and personable. They took great care in keeping the living room clean from dust, especially during the first day of demo. They picked up after themselves afterward, and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone for tile work, and stackstone installation. It was a pleasure to have them perform this job for us. We rate them 5 stars, or a ten out of a possible ten. Great job Robert and River!!
