Ryett was very…read morewelcoming, yet the shop looked very disorganized and there weren't any other people (customers or staff) the entire time, Ryett's procedure was very different from what I've ever experienced, however,I thought maybe it was an "Idaho thing", until my nails started loosening and a couple fell off. At the end when she said the charge was $50 I was taken back and asked why so high as it was more than I've ever paid for a fill and I've had them well over 30 yrs. Also, I have never had the opportunity to visit the Rustic Pear Salon but there is a stylist there, Kara Larson, who is so amazing that I just had to post this review to gush about her!!! The Rustic Pear Salon may be incredible but my five stars are for Kara. As they say in life, you need a good doctor, good mechanic and of course a great hair dresser....well that is Kara! She is a sweet soul who has a flair for hair! When I moved to Salt Lake City 6 years ago I found Kara. She did a wonderful job with my color, adding high and low lights to my hair. She was always willing to play with color changes, but only doing what you want! She cut and styled my hair so perfect that since she moved a year ago, I am still looking to find a replacement.....I now believe, she is irreplaceable. Kara is so talented and so amazing at what she does that I believe my only real option is to drive from Salt Lake to Twin Falls to have her do my hair!

The reason I rate a three is because what the salon offers as a pedicure, is not what I expect from a pedicure. They do not have the professional foot-baths and do not scrub and/or massage your feet. They only use a plastic tub and solution, then trim and paint your nails. So, if you are looking for what I like to call 'the summertime sandal makeover', I'd suggest making an appointment somewhere else.

Sandra's business was a 10 plus until.... One day I dropped by her Salon to make an appointment. Her Station was emptied out, and a Hairstylist who worked for years at Sandra's, shared Sandra was gone,up and moved out of Twin Falls with no warning, and no specific future address. She also had appointments with Customers that she didn't even cancel. My 10 plus score went to a 1 score, because of her inconsiderate, selfish, behavior with her dedicated Clients. I hear that she moved toward the Boise area, but if she ever returns, I'll not do business with her again. Integrity means alot to me.
