There's space to sit with your drink and chat with people at this location. A lot of other locations I've been to are just small booths in a shopping mall, or else...just no much space to sit. Also, kinda biased cuz this Coco is the closest one to me. It's my neighbourhood Coco but...seriously, it is also larger than other Coco shops I've been to. Bubble tea can be pricey but this particular location has been having some summer specials lately. The current special is 30% off of Large sized Fresh Mango Smoothie, Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, or Taro Slush. Our daughter chose the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and I took the Fresh Mango Smoothie. I asked for half sweet, and it was still plenty sweet. It was a very tasty drink. I might order it again sometime even when it goes back to regular price! I took a sip of our daughter's Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, which she ordered at full sweetness. (she always orders her drinks at full sweetness) It was very good, and I think half sweet would still be very good as well.

This location is really nice, very clean, lots of tables and the service was friendly. I ordered a passionfruit mango slush (70%). It was so good! There is parking out front but you gotta read the signs. I'll be back for sure.........

If you're in the mood for something a little savoury, they also serve 5 different flavours of Taiyaki. I can't remember which flavours I ordered because I stuffed them in my mouth immediately. Bubble tea is a good value but nothing special. Still think it's a good spot to go if you're looking for desserts.

From what I saw there was a younger lady taking everyone's orders, a man making all the drinks, and an older woman in the back making the bing su. It was packed when I went. The line was out the door but well worth the wait. I'm surprised this place doesn't have more Yelp reviews based on the amount of people that come here. Although there was a long line of people ahead of us, it moved quickly cause the staff was efficient. You could see how hard they were working as beads of sweat started forming on their forehead. The Korean hospitality is just on a whole other level. My group ordered a mango cheesecake bing su, takaiyaki (red bean, apple pie, and cheese custard), plain yogurt smoothie with boba, and another tea which I forgot. Everything was delicious! The bing su was very light and subtly creamy. The takaiyaki was soft and crispy. It's made of croissant so that was tasty. My favorite was the apple pie. The drinks were also very refreshing. I was not disappointed with this place at all.

Located right across the street from a small park, it actually faces a small view of "green open space" and was a fine spot to escape from the heat. We dropped in on a Friday evening (around 9:45pm) and were the only ones inside. The menu consists of fresh milk, milk tea, cheese fruit tea, fresh fruit tea, cold brew and two desserts (bubble waffle and taiyaki). Drink prices range from $6.00 to $7.80. - Matcha bubble waffle ($5.50) - decent but several parts of the waffle were overdone. - Fruit tea ($7.00) - 50% sugar, easy ice and added taro balls ($1.25). Balls were decent but not too taro-y. Tea flavour was okay. Think YiFang's fruit tea version is better. - Taro bobo ($7.30) - drink comes with taro balls but J also added pearls ($0.75). Drink was okay but it took him a long time to finish it. Nothing particularly memorable about It Tea.
