Currently they offer 0% liquids with flavors, Salt Nic tobacco flavors, and accessories that will continue to keep them in the limelight of places to go when you need the necessary items. From a customer standpoint, they offer tutorials, recommendations, vape safety education, fair prices, and are willing to work with you when it comes to a return or defect, which is golden in the customers eye. Space Jam, Five Pawns, Cuttwood, Suicide Bunny, Halo, and more. If you are looking for juice, you simply have to go try and buy some of these brands. They get amazing reviews all over the internet for a reason. Good selection of gear, and they also carry a few rebuildables, wire and cotton. There really are no local shops that carry the actual brand name rebuildables but I know that's basically a niche upon a niche so I can't really knock anyone for that, but I'd love to see it. If you are going through coils quickly you'd be amazed how easy and cheap it is to build. They don't have a particularly large variety of gear but they do have several batteries, tube mods and boxes to choose from. Prices are on par with online shopping from a good shop but they aren't rock bottom - but remember you get to actually taste the juice and they will take the time to show you how everything works. If I go taste some juice and find something I'm going to buy, I'll gladly pay their fair prices for that. The first time I went the staff member I met wasn't particularly friendly but he did get out the juices I wanted to taste and made some recommendations. The next time I went the other staff member I met was great. Maybe it was an off day for the first guy. The second guy wasn't a builder so he couldn't answer a lot about that part but he knew all the mods, tanks and juices well. Like my review of another local vape shop - this is Rochester. We are not that big. A vape shop here can't be expected to financially sustain an inventory of all the latest and best stuff. However they have a decent selection of gear, and a fantastic selection of the top rated juices and reasonable prices. They are a great shop and have a good location for people on my side of the city. This shop also has a more mature atmosphere which I appreciate. I'll definitely be back.

However, I think many of the negative reviews you see at various vape shops are likely overdramatized. I've been vaping forever, so I can't relate too much to new people looking for advice. However, to those looking for a place to stock up locally, this place was able to get the job done for me. Simple transaction: I call ahead asking if they have Horizon Falcon M1+ coils. Guy says yes. I show up 20ish minutes later. I would've bought 10 boxes, but they only had 4. No biggie! I ask to take all 4, and ask if they happen to have Aspire Breeze NXT coils. Despite those being tough to find recently, they DID have 3 boxes. I take all of those as well. Dude was friendly... said "Glad we could help you out with these. Sorry we didn't have more." I say "No worries, I'll just do the same thing and call ahead next time I need to restock." Again, simple. Was it as cheap as the online vendors I used to purchase from? No. Was I expecting it to be? No. Was I expecting a small independent shop to carry a buttload of one specific coil? I had some hope, but no I'm not surprised they only kept a few boxes of my favorite crap around. Frankly, I'm just glad someone keeps a decent supply on hand so that I didn't have to run all the way down to my last coil, and I didn't have to drive to the other side of the city either. After calling 2 other west side shops and hearing them explain how they didn't have squat in stock, I'd call THIS transaction a success. I'll be hitting them up in a few months to hopefully re-stock to a larger degree next time. No theatrics, no drama.
