Imagine providing insanely bad and dangerous service by employing a completely incompetent person endangering customers resulting in multiple complaints including myself personally getting so freaked out I will NEVER EVER again in my life get a vitamin IV at a medical spa ever again, and as you all know I used to get them frequently. This happened during holiday season yet the OWNER NEVER REACHED OUT to apologize and provide any type of apology or refund or anything. It is now months later and I have no choice but put a serious warning to others out. Getting an IV here is at your own risk. Unless it's the male nurse, forget about your safety. Someone in Texas just died from getting one of these IVs and with the incompetence here, it could have happened here. read more

It was a little hard to find this place, but what a treat when I did. It is small, but very quaint. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. The lady in the front offered me coffee or tea and I opted for hot tea. She rolled it over to where I was seated on a cute little cart. The tea was very tasty. The lady that did my massage did a very nice job. She would ask me if it was too much pressure every now and then. The music that was playing was piano and played the same thing over and over again. After about 10 minutes I asked her if she had any other music and she put on some nice and soft spa music that was relaxing. The only negative that I can think of is the tables do not have heated blankets and it was colder than I would have liked. read more

Was a little hard to relax because you could hear through the walls and the rooms were extremely small. My massage therapist did not do full body massage as I requested. She only worked on one of my shoulder blades and one of my forearms.... My husband had the same experience with her. She did not seem that into it. We both were very sore for the following week because the pressure was way too much and because of her working in the same spot for 40 minutes. Facial was great. read more

I saw a Groupon for teeth whitening and chose the 1 hour procedure. The exterior is nothing special but, the interior of the med spa is lovely and the staff were super nice! I initially bought a Groupon for the Myers Cocktail IV Therapy treatment, and my experience with Dr. Philips Medical Spa has been a bit of a journey. My first appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, but I received a call informing me they had run out of IV bags. No big deal, so I rescheduled for the following Monday. Unfortunately, on that day, I got another call letting me know that the injector had already left for the day, so I had to reschedule once more. Today (Wednesday), I arrived after work, hopeful that this would be the day everything would go smoothly. While waiting in the lobby, one of the staff members came out to inform me that the provider had accidentally dropped the tubing on the floor and didn't feel comfortable using it. Honestly, I appreciated their transparency in wanting to maintain safety standards. Despite not being able to get my Myers Cocktail treatment today either, the team truly went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. They offered me a complimentary procedure of my choice, and I opted for the ultrasound cavitation. The young lady who performed the treatment was incredibly sweet and professional; we had a lovely conversation throughout. On top of that, they gifted me two products as a gesture of appreciation for my patience And understanding. Now, I'm scheduled again for this Saturday, and I'm optimistic that my Myers Cocktail IV treatment will finally happen. He took various shades of stains on my teeth to one solid shade of white by focusing on my trouble areas to ensure my teeth came out to an even and beautiful white.
