The lady at the front desk was not too friendly, as if she did not want anyone to come in. I asked about the shot membership. She said It's only for lipotropic. I pulled it up on their own website to show it and then she had she had to call the owner to ask about it. The owner also said on the phone she had never heard of such thing so she asked the front desk lady to take a picture of my phone of her own website and send it to her. I sat there waiting for an answer if I was gonna get a membership or not , when I meanwhile started looking on Google and found out there's another IV place right across the street. They offer great package deals, so I left and went to sign up at the other business. This place was obviously not interested in me as a customer. It makes me wonder if this is a legit business because how would you not know what's on your website and how would you not want somebody that comes in to ask to become a regular client??.... They charged me for an allergy test $10,000 for that which I did not do. They can't call in a prescription to the correct pharmacy, I had to call multiple times for 1 prescriptions and 3 weeks later I finally got it! Half of the time they don't call in your prescriptions period. My husband had talked to a nurse on April 10 and ask for 2 prescriptions to be refilled at CVS caremark. Guess what it's April 27 & still no prescription and no call of it to our pharmacy! So we called the office today and long story short they said that his prescription was a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE & he had to be seen by the doctor for his prescription! Since when did Tamsulosin hydrochloride become a controlled substance!!!!! It's a prostate pill to help him pee, it's not a controlled substance, they are just Idiots wearing nursing uniforms that anyone can buy at Walmart Do not waste your time on this so called "Medical clinic"! Not to mention that they have been billing me for 2 visits with a prescription and 2 other prescriptions. Do I called my insurance looking for information on these Fake prescriptions they called in for me and my insurance company DENIED them because I was getting my prescriptions for a new doctor but here this place was putting through prescriptions for me but my insurance Caught this Fraud! I made an open Fraud case with my insurance and with Medicare because they are billing for companies for services that I never received! This place needs to be investigated and shut down!!!
