The kayaks were fairly easy to use and as a first time kayaker it was great to get some photos that Cameron took. I did get tangled in the mangroves, but got untangled just as fast. We didn't see dolphins and didn't expect to see manatees as October, it'not the season. Was a good time and I would book again. I received a call today 6/19/2026 from a ERO representative who advised that the shipping was higher than what was calculated at check-out (it more than doubled) and they couldn't ship my order unless I wanted to pay the additional shipping charges. I declined and she then tried to switch me to another product. I assume they are not aware that Under Florida law, once your payment is processed and an order confirmation is sent, a legally binding contract is formed. The company cannot unilaterally change the price of the shipping or hold my order hostage. If they fail to honor the original agreed-upon price, they are in breach of contract. This is exactly what they did here. My next step is reporting them to Florida regulators for their poor business practices. This mistake was not my doing! ERO should have done the right thing here.
