The woman at the register had made a mistake when typing in the code. It's a big mistake but stuff happens and I could live with that. What was NOT ok is that she never apologized and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to refund us the amount she herself had over charged us and then she demanded the Caras bucks back (not that I care about the bucks but her entire attitude was that we were the problem). Basically both myself and my mother were made to feel less than. I'm sorry, maybe 57 bucks isn't much to her but it's a lot to me and being treated like that was a slap in the face. I will shop for my plants elsewhere in the future.

Went in yesterday and asked a young man who works there what kind of plants could I plant directly…read moreonto lava rock. He gave me several options, one of which was a plant called a jeweled orchid. It was beautiful so I bought it ($20). I also picked up an air plant that has just finished flowering which excited me because I didn't know they flowered. The next day a friend came over and saw the the beautiful job I had done wiring the jewel orchid to a large lava rock to which she informed my orchid plants will absolutely NOT live on a rock and not only that but unlike other orchids, it needs deep loamy soil. I looked it up online and she is right. She also informed me that once an air plant blooms it will never bloom again and is at end of life (so should not even be for sale). Bottom line I received some very poor advice which cost me $35 and still left me without the plants I wanted. Also, as an aside, they are insanely expensive. They were selling a plant for $67 that I bought for 10 bucks from Walmart. Same size, same apparent health.

The picture of the bouquet that my loved one received was not even close to what I ordered so I called and left a voicemail to ask about the difference. The owner's husband called me back and I could already tell he was annoyed when he called. He started off the conversation stating they are a small business and that it was just after Valentine's Day. I understand that this is 3 days post Valentine's and that selection might be dwindled down. And the conversation could have ended there, however this guy decided to take it a step further. He then said that he didn't want to sound rude, but he didn't give a f*** what I thought. As someone who is not local and trying to order flowers from the *ONLY* floral shop that delivers to my loved one's area, he could have handled this much better but instead decided to belittle me when there was no reason for it. I and the rest of my family could have been long time customers but instead, I'll never order flowers from this business ever again. If this is how he treats customers that order from their business, I fear they won't be in business much longer. Next time, consider how your value comes across to people. You'd be surprised how understanding and accommodating someone might be with just a little bit of empathy and explanation. But telling someone to F off is the wrong way to go about it.

Use a discerning eye to filter through the items that are Montana made, vs. something you could easily buy online when you return home. I noticed they had regular real ice cream after already ordering a huckleberry sundae, perhaps that would have been better. The huckleberry sundae (same ingredients as the shake), just tasted cold and sweet, but not a ton of flavor or creaminess.
