As someone who is not local and trying to order flowers from the *ONLY* floral shop that delivers to my loved one's area, he could have handled this much better but instead decided to belittle me when there was no reason for it. I and the rest of my family could have been long time customers but instead, I'll never order flowers from this business ever again. If this is how he treats customers that order from their business, I fear they won't be in business much longer. Next time, consider how your value comes across to people.
