All of a sudden my insurance could not come to a agreement with the group so every dr I had was gone in 1 day. I continued to see Dr K paying cash for my visits until I could change my insurance to something the practice took. I seen him for a few months I had a small balance I called to refill medication and was told because I had a balance they could not refill my medication I went to the office because I had never heard of anything like that My son had a bad accident at work and was in Ice in another state I needed to go out of town immediately Dr k refilled my perscribed neuropathy medication and fibromyalga medication I said I would call in for them to process a payment 2 day's later my son passed away and I had to get him back to California and I forgot to call so when I got everything done I called in the mail was a bill for 3000.00 I asked what was this for I called the billing department and was told it was June and July 2025 for office visits my insurance didn't cover it and appeal was denied so I asked for a itemized statement for what was done the office manager said I just wanted free medical Care. NO I DON'T I Refuse to hand over 3000.00 not knowing what was done. Well my insurance told me it was a regular office visit 1.500.00 for a 15 minn visit I received a call asking me to come in to the office for a N/C visit now Dr K was not in the office but I went Someone I've never seen before did not know proceeded to let me know I was dismissed from the office. I still have no clue who that DR WAS never seen them. I was handed a letter and told I would receive my medical records ( STILL HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEM ) there were many State violations done that day things were not properly done before this happened I asked 4 time's over 2 Mos for Dr K to call me NEVER GOT A CALL I have never had a issue in 10 years in the office but when I questioned a 3.000.00 bill I was dismissed wich is my right as a patient I'm not blindly handing over 3.000.00 dollars since I was dismissed from the office I have NOT RECEIVED 1 BILL I'm not even sure if Dr Koshar Even knows about any of this I have waited 2 months for a bill and have yet to receive it

My Surgery consent form was emailed to me 4 days after procedure from Dr. office and as a Chef for…read moref 25 years due to all injuries incurred from this procedure I have filed for permanent disability at age 57 it's horrific what has happened to my health and life due to Negligence and incompetence of Dr.Thais Aliabadi and assisting Dr. Ramon I was a healthy individual for my age I needed a fibroid removed Dr. Aliabadi insisting as a preventative method to have a full hysterectomy never was the risks of having a full hysterectomy discussed with me even seconds before surgery that I saw Dr. I pleaded not to do hysterectomy as I felt something would go wrong and it did my life as I knew was the price I paid in pain 24/7 my organs my colon intestines bladder pelvic dysfunction who does this knowing my life had no room to be disabled today as I am with no hope in sight I have forgotten what it is to sleep eat a meal even use restroom normally !! My forms sent ti me 4 days after my surgery while I was still very much so sedated at some capacity I had to obtain my surgery report in December of 2024 by numerous emails to her office a year and 4 months after my procedure!!! And to make matters worse she wrote on my surgery report that I had signed papers prior to surgery and she had gone through all risks that is false and she wrote I was in chronic pain from the fibroids that is false I had no pain ever from my fibroid in all the years I had it I worked 12 hour days for almost a decade with the fibroids never once even had bleeding !!! It was in close proximity to my bladder and as a result I would have to urinate as I drank juice or water as a chef but other then that she wrote on my report I was in chronic pain not true !!! I was working as a chef 12 hour days two weeks prior to surgery how would I be able to work standing 10-12 hours a day 5 days a week if I was in chronic pain this was said on my report to justify the the hysterectomy as when I asked for my report a year and 4 months after they panicked and this report was written I have exams that she did in 2015 and 2018 that all my organs were healthy my uterus all was good except for the fibroid that simply needs to be removed!! This could have been prevented and at least could have been corrected at some capacity but she never took accountability!!! No one can bring my health and my life and all this senseless suffering back to where I was before this Negligence that disabled me for life!! At the end of the day we all go to the same finale destination and we all answer to a higher power regardless of status wealth or how famous and powerful we think we are and how untouchable but this universe is based upon karmic rules and no one is exempted from that today I am not even half alive I have forgotten how it feels to be normal to not feel pain to the point that I can't breath !! every inch of me every second of my life hurts !!! Dr. Aliabadi and Dr. Ramon whom I never even met!! And others that may have had a hand in my destruction !! There is a higher being that sees and hears everything including my cries for help for if it wasn't for my faith in the Lord and my kind partner who has been with me every second of every day literally I would not have made it through this horror that was bestowed upon my life!! Now I understand why it was so easy and quick to get a consult appt with him. I have been dealing with a scapula issue since 2017. I was seeing another doctor for a couple of years but he left my insurance. And, I got busy with grad school. Also, it was just symptom management and wasn't correcting the problem. I have done everything under to moon. Including spending thousands of dollars out of pocket to help me. The pain and soreness is unlike anything I have experienced. It has a "tortuous" psychological aspect to it. Kind of what I would imagine water drop on the forehead torture would be. It's painful and always snapping and popping. Pain is now radiating to other parts of my body. I didn't want surgery at the beginning but I'm starting to get desperate after dealing with this for years and it's getting worse. I'm very happy to start PT and shots again in hopes of bypassing sx. I was open on my forms and shared I have fibromyalgia (FM). However, it's been well-controlled for several years now. He was hyper-focused on that though. So rude and unprofessional. "Well your alignment (with my layers of clothes on) is fine and so is your strength". - Nothing to do with the pain and discomfort I experience. He was totally dismissive of my concerns and even the treatment I received in the past. He knows nothing about FM or "snapping scapula" if he thinks the specific symptoms of my scapula are due to FM. No way would I let this doctor touch me with a needle and he is not getting my business. For the first time... I got up, thanked him for his time, and walked out. I believe him to be biased toward overweight people, older people, women, and those with complex pain issues. Everyone has implicit bias but being a good provider means checking those at the door when you took an oath "to do no harm". The front office staff and MA were nice and professional, the office appeared clean, plenty of parking, fabric chairs in the waiting area, and the wait time was reasonable.

They evaluated my symptoms, gave me a diagnostic, which honestly felt reasonable, and charged me a reasonable price. Then my surgery was scheduled for Thursday, July 2nd. The price of that first consultation was counted as part of the total price of the surgery (both were reasonably priced). My surgery went through without any major incident, it all went well. Then I was in recovery, and my final consultation was on Friday, July 31st. Doctor Ryan Cohen confirmed what I had already come to learn during my recovery process: the surgery went well, the area healed super well and this issue will not come up again. I can't recommend Dr. Ryan Cohen and his team enough. This surgery resolved an issue I had been dealing with for the past 11 years and I am not exaggerating when I say that the surgery was literally life-changing (or life-altering, but for the better).
