I really like coming here !! Very affordably car wash plus its a faster way to get my car looking good. I know the machines are not too old , so they do the job ! I drive an old black Honda and seriously every time I leave this place looking fresh and clean people think I have a new car. I love getting those compliments , that's the reason why I keep bringing my car here to keep it looking good. lol But overall i come here at least once or twice a week and cant complaint everything looks good . Plus the vacuums here have good pressure which is a big bonus. read more

PRICES are too high to get back dirty car. Sometimes I have to go in an emergency but avoid it at all costs. Im a professional driver. Dirt all along bottom of car and top back window ALL the time. I have an SUV Got the car waxed one time and had to pre pay but had sooooo many circles on hood it was discusting!! Owner said too bad He doesn't deserve to make money unless he changes his attitude towards customers. He just doesn't care. I guess it's still good for laundering. I can't even comment on the actual service because my experience didn't get that far... Since I have a dog, I get my car washed in NJ every few weeks and always do my usual upkeep. Since I had some time to kill in the city that night, I figured I'd stop by to save me from a weekend trip to my normal place. I also knew it was going to be pricier than usual as it's in NYC but wow... I pull up and it's completely empty at 6PM. I tell them I need an outside wash/vacuum, and start to look at the sign with the pricing. The guy immediately waves me off and says to not look at that board because the prices aren't right.... He then opens my door and tells me there's so much dog hair that they can't just vacuum, they need to do a deep clean that will run me $100, or $200-$300 with shampoo and detailing. I tell him I definitely don't need that, and just the floor to be vacuumed. He tells me again that they don't just offer vacuum service and it has to be a deep clean. At this point I tell him no thank you and try to leave, but he again insisted I need a deep clean for $100. After telling him no a couple more times, he finally lets me leave. Save yourself the hassle and find a different car wash unless you're fine getting completely ripped off. read more

After waiting 45 minutes to have my vehicle detailed, I was turned away for service. According to the staff, I arrived just 45 minutes before the next "shift" would start, and they couldn't finish my vehicle before then. They assured me that although they couldn't make the time, the next shift "night crew" would be happy to accommodate. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The night crew said they do NOT detail "after hours," even though this is listed as a 24 hours facility. They have poor communication and, frankly, it was a waste of my time. This is the worse car wash in the city. First of all they charge a lot of money for SUV, which I can understand cause it's city price but their service is so far the wash. After washing my car was still dirty & wasn't dry properly. I asked the agents twice to at least dry the car & showed him the spots it's dirty & he said he can't do anything. I asked him if I can borrow a towel to dry the car and guy refused to give one & told me to go inside & buy one dry the car. I wouldn't not recommend this place for a car wash. The car wash is not really 24-7. They are there on an ad hoc basis and generally rude. The prices are "high" but frankly feel like somewhere between "you're in Manhattan not the burrows, it's expensive." and "I'm up charging tourists". While this place does *exist* I wouldn't say you should bet on it. If you happen to be driving by and need a wash and don't mind paying extra because you're getting a car wash on 10th ave, then this would work. If you live in the city, take the time to go somewhere near, reliable and better priced. If you live anywhere else in the tristate, just get your car washed wherever you live. read more

Terrible place. Went for a detail and they threw everything from floor in back of my suv and never detailed the back row of seats. Then they got a ticket and then they tore paint off my car and when I went to confront then they told me call police and they weren't doing anything about it. Real horrible place. I own a chauffeur service. 7 nice cars and suvs, I will never go back I have gave the new Mgmt several chances. cheap car wash wash but to many rules and very nasty workers I would tip well every time and it doesn't matter. Just now the worker wouldn't let me take a rag to help dry my car before i pick up a client. You have to let the ONE worker dry the car which he doesn't do well. I have no problem helping dry the car so it gets done well. I live 3 blocks away and I would average 40 washes a week, no exaggeration I would get a wash even knowing it would rain that day just to always have clean cars for my clients. I came here after a broken trash bag was thrown at my car - I was told they cannot remove the trash after watching them clean the windows of another car with the same tool that they would use to take off the trash. They refused to even try spraying their hose, simply because they were lazy and didn't want to clean a little more despite us being able to pay them additionally for their services. Avoid this car wash unless you like being taken advantage of by a sleazy operator. I brought my car there to have the inside and outside cleaned. They guy said if I paid $45. for the "Diamond" level, my car would come out "perfect." When the car came out, it was far from perfect. Having just paid $45. I expected someone to come over and finish the job. No one came over. The guy at the exit said the car was "done." I showed him 7 different places on my car that were not even close to "done" or "perfect" and asked him to run it through again. Instead of taking care of a customer that just spent $45. on a stupid "Diamond" level car wash, he proceeds to tell me that the car was "too dirty" to get clean. I ask him again to run the car through since he promised it would be "perfect." Now he changes his story and tells me that I didn't get the "detailing" option which is what I really needed! I politely ask him again to please run the car though the wash and again he says no. STAY AWAY from Manhattan Car Wash, they will say ANYTHING to up sell you to their "gold, silver or diamond wash." It's a bunch of BS from yet another sleazy operator taking advantage of people during a pandemic. $45. for a car wash? I should have my head examined Go somewhere else, heck, go anywhere else. Unfortunately, they do not honor the prices on this fancy new sign; charging me more for my minivan than is clearly stated on the sign. Not a good policy for encouraging customer loyalty. I would definitely NOT recommend this car wash. The 'manager' an asian guy who barely speaks english charged me $140 for a quick detail and hand wax of my Escalade. I thought that was pretty expensive but he said that I will be 100% satisfied with the service. Anyways, I left the car there and went to get a coffee, I came back 10 min later and the car was already 'done'. I asked them if they waxed it they said yes, I asked what kind of wax they said liquid wax through the machine!!!! Their quick detail was basically a vacuum... I would've done it myself at the gas station if I only knew!! I asked for a refund and they told me I needed to talk to Mr Han when he comes back... I found it later that Mr Han was the asian guy who took my money and he was watching me arguing with his workers from his inside little office. This place charges $55 for a basic hand wash and vacuum. They didn't even have a proper hose as it had leaks and water pressure was as good as a hand powered water pump. I phoned before I brought my Toyota Camry in. As soon as I pulled in, Paul (who seemed to be the head car washer) greeted me with a smile and asked, "Are you Maria?" I was immediately impressed. Everyone who works here is kind and courteous, including the manager, Mr. Han. They did an excellent job washing the INSIDE and outside of my boyfriend's car. The car was extremely dirty and dusty since he lives on a packed dirt road in Vermont. After I came back to pick up the car, they asked me to inspect it. I looked it over, and it seemed fine; when I looked at the trunk (which had already been vacuumed), one of the workers asked me if I wanted him to go over it again because he saw that there was a bit more debris he could vacuum up. I didn't even have to ask him! While he was doing that, another worker (again, without being asked) wiped down the car one more time! The price was extremely fair ($85.00) given the work they did. I highly recommend them for all of your car washing needs! read more

Had to pay $130 at another car wash to remove the scratches they put on my truck.

I took my SUV for some car detailing lovin' and came back a happy gal. We had a decent amount of junk in the trunk and they bagged it all up. The interior was clean and smelled nice. Carpet was washed and vacuumed. They cleaned all the nooks and crannies from the inside out. For the price I paid, it was very decent, especially cuz my car is considered a gas-sucking gi-normous monster! I was a little weary of the place cuz we didnt get a receipt or ticket for the up front cash we paid. The best thing about this place is that its open 24hrs a day! read more

Would give zero stars. Car wasn't cleaned, had to complain to get them to wipe the windows. They used a dirty rag and still wasn't clean- streaks everywhere. I paid for interior clean and they didn't wipe anything down- had to complain after the window guy came and smeared around dirty water on my windows. After collecting a terrible odor from water damage in my girlfriend's car, I did a fair bit of research and decided to bring the car to Manhattan Car Wash. I called them on the phone and they were very flexible about when I could bring the car in and let me keep it there for a few hours after the car was finished, so I could get it on the way back from work. For $85, they shampooed the interior (as well as washed the outside). The smell was gone. I was shocked, and got out of my Girlfriend's dog house. I would absolutely recommend this car wash. And a special kudos to the manager (Gabriel or something similarly sounding)! read more

after a few years of not showering, my odor became so unbearable that people no longer intentionally fainted to avoid interacting with me. i luckily was able to sneak into this car wash and was able to scrub off a thin film of oil and grime all over my body. though i wasn't able to fully remove some crusted over material on my legs, i certainly was materially "cleaner" than prior to the car wash. at the end of the car wash, they would not, to my utmost disgust and shock, give me a little fragrance tree that they gave to all of the other customers. read more

Service is really good and the wash is pretty decent. If you need a car wash in Manhattan, go here! They have a system in their computer where if you go there 10 times you get a wash for free. This may be the worse car wash in all of NYC! A passenger became car sick and throw up in my car! I found the nearest car wash and was geared to this one on 23rd street and 10 Ave. I was charged 70 dollars to get 1/2 of the car (Elantra) washed and "disinfected.." because according to the employee, "you would never get the smell out with any other products!" but the one he had on site. After speaking out for being over charged, another employee was nice enough to wash the entire car and really tried to get it cleaned. Car appeared to be cleaned and smelled good at the time I left. unfortunately when I got into my car this afternoon (85 degrees in NYC today) all I could smell is the residual of vomit! My friend got sick in my car. I will spare you the nauseating (get it) details. Anyway, I cleaned the interior the best I could but if you know anything about this, you know how difficult it is to clean up and rid the car of the disgusting odor. This morning, I took my car to Manhattan Car Wash and within one hour my car's interior (as well as the exterior) looked brand new and smelled as fresh as the day I bought it (14 years ago).
