It's not the worst car wash , BUT it could be better . I went in the morning it was only 11 something am and this is how they left my car. The rims dirty the side of all doors still dirty and they didn't vacuum the inside of the car correctly neither mind you it's was like 4 guys cleaning it. I found this car wash through Google and Yelp with exceptional reviews. After coming to the car wash a few times and seeing consistent and thorough work, it's hands down my favorite car wash I've ever been to. The staff here are kind, and their work is very impressive. Many car washes are quick- in and out, next. This car wash, however, has staff that are efficient & quick, yet take their time with the details. I always select the Platinum option, which covers exterior and interior cleaning followed by polish for leather interior. I always fall in love with my car again after the wash. They hand wash the car, its rinsed well with their drive-through machines, followed by hand drying and polishing. I drive an SUV- Ford Edge, so its a bit bigger than other cars. However, they take their time and theres nothing better than seeing 5-6 people tag-teaming to get a scrub in while not seeing rushed work. Get your car washed here, you won't regret it. read more

What an incredible experience we had here! When we're pulled up to get my husband's car washed, it didn't look like much with a driveway on a side street that looked sort of sketchy. Boy were we in for a surprise! When they say "Hand Wash", they aren't joking around. We got the Platinum package, which was full- service plus wax, and other bells and whistles. Normally, I expect it to take around 5 minutes or so. This amazing wash took a good 10 minutes if not a bit longer. They really hand washed the car and were extremely detail oriented. The part that took the longest was the most impressive and worthwhile, drying off and polishing up both inside and outside of the car. They were so thorough that there wasn't a drop of water to be seen by the time they let us drive away. I found the experience so fantastic that I wanted to go home to Virginia and get my car so it could have the same treatment! The next time we're in the area we will definitely be back! read more

I'm a regular customer at this location and often bring my cars at least once a week to get cleaned. The people here are often rushing but they managed to be nice.Today was quite a different experience they were rude and even manage to stain the inside of my car when they were applying the "inside conditioning". I try to explain to them but all I got was excuses and hey got very defensive right away. They even try to explain how the cameras didn't show them causing any damage inside my car(read that again). I was polite and didn't even raise my voice once but when the owner finally came out he was rude didn't bother listening to any of my concerns and just brushed me off. I think it goes with out saying but I won't be returning. I know in the world of he business one customer is not much to loose but I'll take my $40x52 weeks a year=$2080 some where else. read more

I was well out of my comfort zone with a dirty Uber car. (Don't judge me. It been raining recently.) I reached the point where, even though I have an unlimited monthly plan just 70 miles away, I had to do something. I found this place, and boy am I glad. Everyone is well trained and very thorough. Today I went to this car wash paid 16 dollars and some change. I asked for a wash on the outside and to have my tires armor oil and to do the windows. The guy who asks you what you want said ok then as I went inside to wait I see that they didn't understand anything that I asked for because they had to call the receptionist at the front to come and ask me. The started vacuuming my floors WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR then after my jeep has come out to be dried they half dried it nothing but water still on the back and talking about there finished. My damn car was still dripping water as if it just came out the wash. The receptionist at the desk comes out and says oh no they didn't understand you well who fault is that you should have someone who atleast speaks english or understand. This is outrageous. I user to come there but today has been my last time coming there due to the fact I was charged 16 and some change for a wash and thats it. I tried this place because of the rating and it was not wrong. They did an excellent job. They vacuumed the car very well, clean the every inch of the center console and left the mats spotless. Their prices are some of the best I have seen around the area for a hand car wash. They can be busy at times because they service a lot of taxis and limos but they move quickly and don't sacrifice quality for speed. read more

Great, FAST, hand car wash on 1&9 North just south of Newark Liberty (EWR) airport. Currently offering a Full service wash with wax and tire shine for about $13. But, the real value is an express spray wax they apply after the wash for only $10.00 The whole thing took about 10-15 minutes. They also have compressed air to get the lingering water out of the door jambs and mirrors,etc...Friendly people, crummy looking place, really good value. read more

What a bargain! Maybe it's because I'm a young girl but the staff is very nice! They cleaned my car in a short amount of time and did a lot for only $12! It's conveniently located on 1&9 and that's my route home so it works out perfectly! I will definitely go back again! Maybe next time I'll try the deluxe package which is STILL super cheap! This place is so great. We did it waiting to pick up a friend at Newark and they are an old school (modern equipt) but they have like 5 guys working on your car. Excellent on the tires. Where we live it's all DIY car washes, so this was a treat. read more

This is probably the worst management I have ever seen in my life the employees there are dangerous I am writing a review for an older lady that I am sure it does not have yelp so I need to let the community know that this place is very dangerous the workers got upset at her that she did not see them yell for her to move up one opened her door yanked her out of the car the other was cursing in his language and her she was so innocent and scared that I stepped in which resulted in four of them surrounding me threatening me thankfully nothing happened but I felt threatened for my life the lady had thanked me from here to the moon and back this is disgusting terrible and unbelievable to do that to an old lady and to me as well because of a split second that she did not move up I cannot believe what had happened I rarely post reviews what I need to warn you guys people will put their hands on you no matter who you are young or old people will curse you attack you the person inside said she's just a cashier and cannot do nothing there is no one there with authority this place is beyond ridiculous stay away for goodness sake please stay away read more

I drive a limo and usually get my car washed at ewr airport which is by the (7/11) It is supposed to be automated but never is. I had to get my car washed and heard of Lisa's. What a great job they did and at a great price 6.00 for Limos. These guys work! Best car wash I have ever had, I plan on going back very soon! read more
