Everything is done electronically, which means that appointment schedule, patient portals, televisits, are not only done efficiently, but there is minimal wait time. I have physically been to the office 4x, and have never had more than a 5 minute wait (I am not holding them to this standard in the future, but I think that is pretty amazing) The staff is incredibly helpful, caring and very professional. After my appointment, the medication prescribed by the doctor was denied by my insurance. I was never contacted by the office regarding this issue or provided with any alternative treatment options. Over the next month and a half, I called the office five separate times seeking an update. Despite my repeated attempts, I received no meaningful follow-up. After finally requesting to speak with a manager, I was informed that the doctor now wanted me to undergo a different test before proceeding with treatment. This recommendation was never discussed with me during my appointment, and no one had previously contacted me about it. I was told that the test order/request would be emailed to me that same day; however, it has now been a week and I still have not received anything. The lack of communication, follow-up, and coordination of care has been very frustrating and has delayed my treatment unnecessarily. At this point, I have lost confidence in the office's ability to manage my care effectively and will be seeking another physician who can provide more timely and responsive patient care.

In my opinion she really went above and beyond what other doctors in her area of expertise have done for me in the past. Considering my family history, I left Dr. Rostegar feeling more confident that there were no underlying issues that may have been missed. Sitting here on the streets of Manhattan I feel a sigh of relief that this doctor was on point and knew what she was talking about. When you see Dr. Rostegar she gives you her undivided attention.
