He identified areas of moisture that I wasn't aware of and took his time making sure everything was looked over. He also took samples I requested. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. I found this place on Google Maps and it happens to be right off the 7 train so I can go during my lunch break. They also offer shipping services but drop-off in person was only $10 for my knife (very well worth it as it was $94 for my knife). It was a little hard to find, but I've enclosed the picture of the door next to the affiliated Iron Works. When I came yesterday, no one answered the door bell so I called; he told me that I could drop it off with one of the Iron Works workers. I got a receipt and took a picture of my knife. I came back today, rang the doorbell, and picked up my knife. He only accepts Zelle and cash (no Venmo or credit card). I'll try it out tonight but it certainly looks sharp! He put it in an extra sheath and stapled it for me. Very happy to find a convenient place to sharpen knives. I think it would've been $11 for same day but it was $10 because it was next day.
