You could even say that waiting in ridiculously long lines is the hardest part of dealing with these kind of Laboratories. Here I was dealt with quickly and painlessly by a very friendly Phlebotomist. I'm definitely going to return here in the future for all my Diagnostic needs. Luckily a colleague recommended Dr. Randy Spector to me. I was very impressed with their warm and friendly staff and the high level of treatment I received. I have had to tell too many doctor (back in the 1980s and '90s) that *I* pay their salary, whether it is via insurance or not, and I am not paying them to be treated poorly. My time is JUST as important at theirs. Enter Changebridge. I have never had to wait, they have called me if an appointment could not happen or had an incredible wait (very, very infrequently, but it happens), I have never seen a pharmaceuticals rep in there ever (granted, it is no longer cricket for them to offer a free trip to Hawai'i any longer, but that's fine with me. My doctor is Dr. Frank Iannetta, and he has been so for the time I have gone there. I love him; he took a lot of time to learn about adult-onset muscular dystrophy (DM Type II), always offers advice, looks into any question I have, not religious and always has a laugh with me over so many different issues outside of medicine. He listens, chats, but is serious and totally qualified to help with anything. Another excellent quality is that Changebridge has relationships with so many other types of specialty medical practices that I have gotten audiology, podiatry, cardiac, pain management and so many other kinds of help. I take almost no medications (the list is 6 now, not 10 and far less than the amounts I've been on). I also go to PT three times a week, and I feel just INCREDIBLE! I go primarily to Dr. Iannetta, but any doctor there is just wonderful. My husband and I both go; he really likes to go to Dr. Pallay, who is very medically knowledgeable, but he is focused on the medicine and not a "chat" kind of doc; I love Dr. Iannetta because he is the exact opposite. Both kinds as well as everyone in-between is right for many patients. None of the doctor or nurses are any the less gifted in medicine. I know all the staff (for the most part) and speak to them all with delight. I enjoy every person there. They all bring something special to the experience. They do a lot for any patient. I cannot recommend them enough. I would not even know where to begin with how much they have done for me over...I think more than 30 years. We have lived in Parsippany now for 32 years. Before that in Fairfield, so really, I don't know. But I am deliriously happy with every visit there. You will be, too.

My insurance changed and I received a bill for $600 toward a deductible which should not apply! After a number of phone calls to the imaging center and my Dr it was clear the imagining center conveniently changed the procedure code so it was listed as diagnostic and not preventative so they could charge me and my insurance a ridiculous amount of money. I also called to see what the procedure would cost as self pay and it was 25% of the total I am being billed. The staff is unprofessional at the Wayne location and the billing department is clearly unethical which is billed through Imagecare at Denville. I am disputing the bill. Seriously unethical business practices.

The 2 times I've been here I've had to wait 15 mins pass my appointment time. After physican assistant takes measure's my weight, height, and temperature. I waited another 15 minutes for the doc. Total time with doc was less than 5 minutes since my survey I wrote when I was with the PA had no issues. I don't have any chronic ailments yet so I consider my lucky so far. I probably do check in too much at restaurants. Too much waiting but it's only for once a year so far.
