Amyn and his staff are not only highly knowledgeable but also demonstrate top-tier workmanship. The customer service I received was great, a true reflection of their commitment to the car enthusiast community. Their system is efficient, professional, and customer focused. This is not your typical tire install shop, FAP Auto offers a range of services including mounting with "Road Force Balance", wheel and tire services, powder coating, and suspension work. They take the time to do things right, especially with high-performance tires like Pirellis, so make sure to allocate a couple of hours for the install. There is a customer waiting area in the rear of the garage with a few seats, which is a nice option if you choose to stick around. Keep in mind, it's a working garage, so you'll see and hear everything that comes with that. But if you're a car person, you'll probably enjoy it. They are outsourcing the work and not even remotely worrying about the quality of the finished product. Their solution to a bad finish is "we can take em back and redo them". Nah fam - my time is way too valuable to be messing with you guys and this redo stuff. This review is based on few things: + they are going to tell you they can turn them around in 1 day... it's a scam to make you think they are going to be of high quality. + the first time they turned them around I noticed lots of running paint that was dried up. + they claim that nobody powdercoats the outer barrel of the wheel yet they advertise wheels that are fully powder coated inside and out. They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. These wheels make me want to vomit + take a look at the images I posted so you can get a good idea of the amount of blemishes on these newly refinished (x2) wheels. $653.02 after tax for this job. I'd rather pay a fifth grader this money to give me a splatter job with house paint lol. I'm laughing straight to the bank with this one... can anyone say CHARGEBACKKK?!?! I work periodically with Ace…read moremetals and I have found them to be extremely professional -- quick to answer emails and prompt when sticking to a time frame on finishing pieces that I give them. Matthew is extremely responsive to calls and emails and very patient when I am explaining what I want done. He has gone above and beyond in my case. I have been working with them over the past few months and they are a pleasure to work with and get the job done on time and for a reasonable cost. In terms of keeping commitments I have always found them to keep to a promised schedule and sometimes come in early.
