I seriously recommend everyone, but especially my community, to seek treatment where they will be respected and can get their procedures without so much baggage! AND make sure to check your receipts and that they're charging you and/or insurance for the right things!! That's another thing to watch out for (yikes). The person kept asking me to repeat info submitted online despite telling her it was all submitted on their website but she said she still needed. She then said they would send me a packet to fill out via email but I explained I already did it all online. She said that I would not have to fill it out then. I asked her to confirm they received it and she said she had to put me on hold then she disconnected. Called back and talked to somebody else and they said they had not got the forms from online. Scary because this personal info (SS#, DOB, History...) all was submitted somewhere. Clearly, they do not appear to be Hippa compliant and to boot the person on the phone's attitude was if I was making her life difficult.

They explain everything to him in such detail before they start and then again during the process that it makes him more comfortable. He is sensitive to lights and sounds and they make sure that he has his glasses (sunglasses) on before they start. This company needs to learn that care comes before office politics and hearsay. When a dentist and business owner does not have the common courtesy to call the client when there are concerns then they lose my respect. I am saddened by the absolute lack of professional courtesy and respect. Patients should not be harmed by lack of attention from the dentist. When a client complains about an experience they should feel listened to not disregarded. There is clearly a great divide in the older staff who worked there before and the newer staff. They made him feel very comfortable. My son had a lot of problems such as a rotten tooth that he didn't tell me had been bothering him for over 6 months. They put me at ease with showing me the teeth that were going to naturally come out on their own and would not need the cavities filled and showed me two that needed them filled as they were starting to affect the adult teeth next to them. She also showed me that they can be remineralized with a good toothpaste, and even gave me a recipe for a homemade toothpaste with ingredients I have at home. He had two teeth that needed to come out. One was a baby tooth and one was part of a baby tooth that didn't come out with the old tooth. Thankfully all his adult teeth will look good and the problems with his baby teeth have not affected the adult teeth with any lasting impact. Praising God for a good dentist office that is affordable and doesn't use fluoride. They even do safe mercury filling removals so I know I will want to do this later. It was well worth the drive and I can see why people drive 4 1/2 hours from out of the state to this dentist office.
