It arrived with a ROCK HARD bun that was inedible. He decided to remove the bun and eat the meat. (Primarily because no waiter came to check on the food). When the waiter did come over to the table my friend was told that the bun was hard because he waited too long to eat his meal!! He also assured that their buns were made and delivered fresh each morning and there was no way it could have been hard (even though it was sitting on his plate). When the manager came over he refused to admit the bun was bad and would not take it off his bill because he ate the meat. After some discussion, the manger removed the (approx $1.50) they charge for the ketchup. Yes... they charge for condiments! Go somewhere else... the great view wasn't worth it!

While I typically would subtract a star for slow service, as we had some issues with people receiving drinks and appetizers, we were a large group with only a couple members of the waitstaff taking care of us. It was tender and perfectly cooked, and served with pickled cabbage that complemented it perfectly. It also came with a few potato dumplings which in general are a bit heavy so I didn't finish those.
