After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Whenever I needed something I knew he will be there and he was always super prompt in his responses. I was getting terrible service after he left that company with the new agent assigned to me, who never took time to talk to me and was happy with auto-renewals. When I had finally reached out to the agent after 2-3 years, I didn't get any satisfactory response in addition to delayed responses and always voice mail. I really missed talking to the agent who can really understand what I'm looking for and help me. Finally, I reached back to Sayed again, and as always even after 3 years or he still remembers me and was available to talk and provided great options. It was a no-brainer to switch and save some money. More importantly, he provided great advice without any aggressive sales tactics. Just recently I needed some documents for my mortgage and he and his team jumped on it and addressed it within few mins. We have sent emails and left many voicemails for her and did not receive any information until we contacted another adjuster who was only able to give us limited information. This is frustrating and like other comments have said, this company may not be holding their employees accountable for their job. So annoying that we are without a car for over a month now with no word from them. Just wanted to put this review here in case others are going through the same thing or are forced to work with them. UPDATE: We got connected with another adjuster and the manager of our original adjuster and things turned around super quickly. Both were so helpful and quick with their responses and actions.
