I am writing this review as I had terrible experience working with her. First of all she sold an insurance policy for my townhome which doesn't cover anything. I only came to know about how under covered I was when I submitted a claim. The claim was denied and the insurance company asked me to work with the agent. Then when I tried to reach her several times (over the phone and emails) there is no response whatsoever. Its been few months and at least 5 to 7 attempts from my side to reach her, but in vain. read more

As a 30yr plus year loyal customer of this State Farm office for my homeowner and two autos, I submitted payments for my policies in June. Checks were sent and cashed prior to the due dates. I was hospitalized and temporarily disabled from work on a FMLA leave of absence from June 28 through Sept 5th. State Farm canceled my auto policy July 29th. In past practices, emails and calls came from this office if I was close to cancelation and would immediately pay via credit card. IF a cancellation notice came (which I do not recall), I would have looked at my bank statements and saw that the check was sent and cleared. I also received my insurance cards, so it would have been reasonable to assume it must have crossed in the mail. It is also interesting as I received several solicitations for earthquake and additional coverage from this office during that time period. I had a small ding on the back bumper/reflector on Sep 24th and submitted only my 2nd claim in 30 years! I was told I was not covered and my policy canceled on July 29th! "We know you travel a lot for work and may have missed the notices, but we are not able to extend coverage. So very sorry." After explaining the situation with Barb Elluls office and submitting bank records, it appears State Farm applied both checks to my Homeowners policy. Not my error and they are refusing to accept any responsibility. I am beyond livid as to think I was uncovered for a fully financed 2015 car and that they are unwilling to correct a mistake in their processing. I think they are also very lucky this is a minor ding and not major damages or death! I am contacting the California Commission on Insurance. This is a horrible way to treat any customer. You are only good to them as long as you do not need anything. I canceled all three of my policies effective immediately. read more

I'm having trouble starting my RV. I'm sitting here in front of it right now. I called Triple A to help me start it. I told the Operator, Mayta that I was at home so she told me to go to the storage unit where the RV with Parker. In route to the unit she tells me that they won't go into the storage unit to start the RV. I asked to speak to a supervisor since I was already on my way. Her name was Ericka 502381. I told her I had purchased the policy for just such emergencies and I was going to cancel it and she said she could do that for me right over the phone.
