Office experience is the worst every single time not once has it been remotely decent. Always a problem calling not once was treated with respect or care. Called numerous of times to receive a fax of previous bloodwork to be seen for coming up appointment and it takes more than 1 hour is ridiculous. Gave the right information multiple times but sends PRIVATE INFORMATION To the Wrong Number and wants to give attitude when called out that they sent it to some random person which VIOLATES HIPPA BTW. Please Dr. Raja consider hiring a new office staff the current ones are not doing their jobs correctly and can come back as a law suit especially with the way they are trying to treat elderly patient information. Hires those that only graduated from medical school within the last few years. Medical student graduate claims they're an "addiction specialist" (seriously), who's a specialist when they only graduated from medical school in 2019)? First.....do no harm. You do not EVER force patients to go cold turkey over pain medications. A senior with massive nerve damage expected my primary care to cover medications (they agreed) while searching for a pain management clinic.....which has not been easy. This Doctors office is like a medical factory to make the maximum dollar per patient. There are punitive signs taped all over the walls to remind patients to do as we say or else. There is a large sign telling patients it's .25 cents for a photocopy! I made a specific appointment to have ear wax removed and when I arrived they said they didn't get my laboriously filled out online paperwork. So I had to fill out a 50 page bunch of legal ease so they can't be sued I guess. I walked when they told me I had to come back for another appointment to get what I told them I wanted. There is little chance you will see an actual doctor here but make no mistake you will be charge as if you did see a doctor. This medical factory is run by PA's and nurses while the doctor counts the cash. Run don't walk from this place! read more

I would definitely recommend Dr Raja's office. I've had several bad experience at other primary care providers offices, but this practice has proven to be both pleasant and reliable. I've actually never met Dr. Raja himself, I've always seen Krista (Christa?) the nurse practitioner. I met her when I went to the after hours urgent care there and felt right off that she was an advocate and wasn't a closed minded person, she understood the concept in having a patient/doctor partnership, so she welcomed questions and discussions. She's the reason I changed my primary from an office that I loathed having to go to appointments at, and switched to Dr Raja's. I've read a few reviews from people saying the office staff was rude. That may have been true at some point, but it looks like they got rid of those people and the gals who are there now are really down to earth and nice, even when I wasn't cause I wasn't feeling well and had a bad day. No office is going to be perfect, but it's nice to find competent doctors who care and are proactive with my care, and office staff who are professional, kind and helpful. Sometimes getting an appointment is not as quick as I'd like, but that is the case everywhere now. At least I know that he hires enough staff to make processes go smoothly. When I first started going, they weren't really great at getting the referrals out quickly, but I talked to the office manager about it and that got corrected. What else can you ask of your Dr's office than to do a good job, care and be responsive to patient feedback. read more

Several years ago we were sitting around a campfire complaining about our senior aches and pains. Our friends began telling us how great Dr. Raja's care had been for them. A few months later we changed our Medicare insurance Provider and had to find a new doctor. Luckily Dr. Raja was on the list and our lives have been in his hands ever since. Went for the first time. Seems everyone had a attitude. Why make a appointment for a specific time then expect someone to be there 1hr early. I got there at my appointment time for them to give me paperwork then I start to fill it out, then they say "oh your not seeing the doctor cause your paperwork isn't finished. You need to come back. I don't have the type of schedule to take off of work when I want to. Needless to say I won't be returning or recommending anyone to go. In short, Dr. Raja saved my life. He has always gone out of his way to make sure my health needs receive the proper course of treatment. I am sad to read reviews which reflect opinions other than straight-up good. We all have different perspectives and go to a physician with different needs. This place is horrible. I went for a fast and quick physical, they made me wait for 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time. The staff is lazy the doctor is lazy they have no sense of urgency. I have been going to Dr Raja for 15 years. I met him when taking my mother to her appointments. He was so thorough and kind that I decided to change doctors even though I had no problems with the doctor I was seeing at the time because he also was a very good doctor. But the concern Dr Raja showed my mother was remarkable. He has also shown that same concern to me through the many years I have been going to him. ALL of his staff are excellent as well. They are very caring, courteous and professional. In particular Elizabeth, Beverly and Monica make you feel as if you are family. I could give multiple examples of the many times Dr Raja and his staff have gone the extra mile but to sum it up in a sentence: Dr Raja put his patients first and always follows through. Dr Raja has been our family doctor since he arrived in Hemet about 22 years ago. He's cared for us thru thick and thin. He has given us the best of care. That's easy to say probably even common to say but I want you to know that at age 73 I have had many primary care doctors in my life. I've never felt as safe as I do under his care. He listens so well. He asks important questions. He isn't afraid to send us to a specialist if we have a need or concern that he feels needs that type of care. He orchestrated the care of my husband when he almost died from a vicious infection that suddenly attacked my sweetheart leaving him in intensive care and on a ventilator for about 12 weeks. There were many specialists for his care and Dr Raja was right there supervising during that time. I never felt alone knowing that Dr Raja was with me. The office staff has been with him for many years. A few since the beginning. Everyone of them is excellent in their area of responsibility. He now has other care providers working in the office too and they also are excellent. I have recommended several people to Dr Raja and they are still under his care since they love him too. I obviously am recommending Dr Raja to you and your family. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Raja's for approximately 7 years. 1. The office wait if usually a little too long. 2. The front office is very organized & 99.9% courteous & professional 3. As for Dr. Raja himself, while he has one other physician in the office along with a PA & NP, I prefer to see him. He is always courteous, always reviews carefully any labs, x-rays, CTs, etc. 4. I find him to be a compassionate physician He has ALWAYS taken care of me & I appreciate it. Unfortunately, the only problem I have is that Dr. Raja is affiliated with just 1 hospital at this time, Hemet Valley Hospital. I wouldn't send a dog to that hospital. I have been a patient of Dr. Raja for approximately 3 years. I was recommended to him by my wife, which has switched to Kaiser. He has been a huge improvement from the doctor I had been seeing. His advise about tests that should be done were & have been an improvement to my well-being. Initially when I went to his office, I was not so sure I had made the right change. I saw his PA Daniella (Danny), & felt some doubts about the manner in which she told me my diabetes would only get worse. Not very good use of words for an explanation ! I really do wish I could give this a zero. I went in three weeks ago because I had fallen and hurt myself. I have beyond painful pain in my hip and pelvic area and was getting worse. I was not able to see my primary doctor which is Dr Raja( seems like I never can) so I was seen by the PA ( nurses practitioner) Daniella aka Danny. I explained her my pain and everything to the point where I was crying in the shower because of the pain I felt. All she did smile and nod her head and say ok. She gave two days off from because that's all she could give me (not true) sent me to get X-rays came back as nothing was wrong. She gave work restrictions. My work can not accommodate me because she did not clarify what my restrictions are. I have gone and asked about this and called as well. The case manager that takes care of this for my work has calling and leaving her messages and still no call back or response. I have not been able to work for three weeks now. Due to the policy my work has. Mind you I work at a warehouse and have to stand and walk and squat down to pick up 50lb or more boxes a lot of time for 10.5 to 11 hour shifts. I finally went to see a chiropractor whom told me the my hip had shifted and the it was noticeable in X-rays. He was surprised the this so called doctor missed it. I went to a " doctor" first to make sure nothing was broken or fractured. All I want is see my primary and get paperwork that my work is asking for to be filled and the office staff wants to be beyond extremely rude and disrespectful. I am seeking legal advice as to what can be done what this. I really hope Dr Raja sees this and does something serious about his staff and this PA. I absolutely love it there and they have flaws at time but you will not find a Dr office that will work harder to take care of you and if you communicate any problems with them they strive to fix them. Front desk staff is rude. When asked for license information to research any complaints against the dr since o was new to the area and the doctor was not showing up in online searches and they refused. One of the female dr or nurse practitioner came in to conduct my new patient visit and I tried my best to be polite but she was not professional very rude when asked about her area of expertise. On top of that she had half shirt (not a pretty sight), spandex pants and a cosmetology smock. Like I said completely unprofessional. ... I could not get out of there fast enough. I actually ended up walking out on her after her third time asking me a question them proceeding to cut me off before I could finish answering. The first time I thought perhaps I was providing to much info the second time I kept it straight forward and too the point and yet she did it again by the third time I knew I was wasting my time. read more
