Both my parents see Jess fairly regularly and sing her high praises. I have to agree; she's an expert massage therapist. Knowing I had a sore shoulder and back, she put me on moist heat while she worked out the pain in my legs and feet. I have some chronic shoulder, hip, and neck issues due to past sports' injuries and I get deep tissue massage where I live at my doctor's office. Jess is hands down as good as they are at really intuiting which muscles need which type of pressure and care. She did some cranial-sacral and reflexology work on me as well, which was much appreciated and needed. Her specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massages as well as Reflexology. When I'm in the area, an overall tune up from Jess will be a definite ritual.

I thought the price was reasonable for the service, compared to other local pricing (I'd say mid-range to high, but worth it). The location is convenient, the spa interior is very serene and quiet. While the staff member who performed the facial was very nice and polite, she seemed inexperienced and tentative. Last, the facial left me with dry patches across my cheeks and a depleted skin barrier. Overall, not a good experience. I emailed the spa with my feedback and never received a response.
