Always someone just going in ahead of me and at my apptm time. 3 of the cases were for perms, so the wait was very long. Never more than 1 other client in the salon. Because of this, I have stopped going there. I just have not found a reason for this neglect and have been told by several people that this is not unusual. Really a shame.

I came in and asked for the woman to tone down my highlights a little and to add some browns. I even brought in a picture for her to replicate. She seemed like she knew what she was doing and was very nice. I didn't have time to stay and blow dry my hair once she was done I happened to be in a rush. Once I got home however, I dried my hair and it was GREY. I mean, old lady grey. I was so embarrassed because I had a wedding that night and there was no time to fix the mistake. I had to wear my hair up and it looked horrid in pictures. Luckily I was headed back to Long Island in a few days and I had my lady fix it at home. I will never forget how horrible it was.

They use a bowl (which didn't look sanitary) and poured acetone into it, after soaking my nails in that I watched the nail tech pour my used acetone with polish chips and all back into the acetone container. My nails do not look like I had got them done professionally and have already chipped on the side (it's the same day and I got a gel manicure so it should last for around 2 weeks). On top of that I got my eyebrows waxed and it's the worst they have ever looked. I came home and tried to fix them as fast as possible. One eyebrow is very obviously higher than the other as well as the tail of my eyebrow just doesn't look right. Save yourself the trouble and the money and don't go here.
