We had a 32 year old fence that had been decimated by animals and fallen trees and needed to be removed. Our property is a little under three acres, uneven, and in the foothills which eliminates a lot of companies from even considering the job. Rob and Nick came out, gave us a great bid, were hired on the spot, and did an outstanding job of removing rails and wire from the entire property in less than two days. They also removed brush, fallen tree limbs, and a dining room set that we wanted to get rid of. Weather interrupted scheduling but Rob is great at staying on top of everything and we always had plenty of notice regarding when they'd be out and really didn't even need to be home except for the dining set removal. The property looks so good that we have postponed having them remove the fence posts until we decide whether we are going to replace the fence or not since the posts appear to be pretty solid still. They agreed, which makes them even more awesome, and adjusted their price accordingly! We will use them whenever we need to get things removed, which is probably going to be soon since they inspired us to clean out closets and the attic now. We have used Manley 2 times.The first time we only wanted to get rid some stuff we didn't want anymore from closing out my in-laws house to sell. This included an old washer and dyer. There was also a pile of garbage in the garage and a bunch of debris outside (which Cameron Park HOA cited us for, thank you very much!) He and his team came out and had it all cleaned up in no time. They literally raked and cleaned up the area, not just got the stuff and left. I had a GIGANTIC Century plant that bloomed and died, as they do after about 30 years. The dead center stalk was probably 30 feet tall and 8 or 10 inches in diameter. It was in the front corner of the yard by the street with all its fallen, dying fronds and a huge pile of debris, leaves, dead tree branches, etc, etc, etc on and around it. Rob and Nick came and attacked the whole damn mess. They chain-sawed and cut everything up and and cut off the base of the Century plant below ground level.
