They adjusted exercises to fit strengths and weaknesses. Their ability to also add in nutrition and yoga as part of the program with daily facebook posts of additional exercises helped make this company hit every facet of the conditioning of the body and mind. The trainers are like family, you can even call them on a bad day for support. The people there are like family as well. No one judges you, they all support you, makes you feel good. Simply... It's 30 minutes a day, and you feel it. The people are great, the price is right. The success...a year later I am stronger, healthier, I have dropped over 60 pounds and 20+ total inches off my whole body. It is more than she has ever been able to achieve even in physical therapy. Terri researched her condition, studied her X-rays, and created a customized plan just for her.
