When I brought this up to the owner he became rude and belligerent. He never once apologized for their failure to notify of additional repairs needed or failure to obtain approval to complete additional repairs since it would be substantially more than the quote for which I was also charged. This place doesn't know what good business practice is and I honestly feel like we were substantially overcharged for the work that was completed. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else!

They provided all work that was itemized and broke down by cost and gave a reason. When I spoke with them they were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked them fix the main issues with no hassle about the things I didn't select. They told me they would keep track of their findings and then send a reminder later on. The car was fixed fast, then they noticed I didn't have a drivers side mirror and told me that couldn't find one but if I did, they would help put it on free of charge. Just a great feel leaving their place and the car is performing well.

They told me that i will have to replace the compressor. It's a lot of work and it's gonna cost me 700-1,200 dollar. I went to this amazing place. They changed a part that cost me $20 and recharge the gas in the ac. Total cost including the labor time (2 hours) and the diagnosis, the part and the tax was $98!!!
