They provided all work that was itemized and broke down by cost and gave a reason. When I spoke with them they were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked them fix the main issues with no hassle about the things I didn't select. They told me they would keep track of their findings and then send a reminder later on. The car was fixed fast, then they noticed I didn't have a drivers side mirror and told me that couldn't find one but if I did, they would help put it on free of charge.
