He tells me that he has no information on the car at that point but he'll call me at 9:30 Monday morning. No call by 11am, and I get an email from the internet sales manager making sure I was taken care of. Call his cell and tell him what's up. He says he'll have Jesus call me. No call. Fast forward to Tuesday evening at 7pm. Jesus calls and asks if he missed a call from me. I told him no. He asked if I needed anything. I said no at that point as it was already dark and I really wanted him to look at a few things on the car. He then texts me to ask if I had filled out a credit app. I've been in sales for decades, and I've not seen a situation mismanaged this badly in a long time. I guess they're so busy that you can be an absolute liability as a salesperson and still make a living. I'll take my business elsewhere.

We got in it and the brakes were still extremely spongey and the check engine light came right back on so we took it back. They then said it was a vacuum pump that causes all of those things and so we took it back in and paid another sum of money. We got it back and NOW two TPM sensors are broken and not reading.
